Nice place to stay and well taken care of. Good weekly house keeping. I forgot a personal item and they were very helpful getting it back to me. If you’re in need of a stay in the area this is a great option.

Convenient location near downtown Roanoke Rapids, nice clean space and Jim kept the place clean with weekly cleanings. Perfect little apartment for my stay.

This place was wonderful for us. Lots of room and decorated really nice. It was quiet and easy access. Scott couldn't have been more accomodating. Instructions were clear. Things labeled so you were not confused. Guide book of area if needed. Even left a treat for our dog! If, we are in area in future, would stay again. Our stay was awesome. Linda & David Gober

Stayed at The Goose for Labor Day weekend. There were a total of 8 of us. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves! The house was immaculate with everything you would possibly need! Lots of outdoor items included to use and enjoy! They definitely went above and beyond to provide for their renters! Would definitely recommend The Goose for anyone wanting an incredible place to stay at Lake Gaston!!

We enjoyed our stay for a mini vacation to the North Carolina Motorsports Park for the weekend. The home was clean and made us feel right at home! Very easy check in and the host was quick and responsive. The home had everything you needed. With us headed to the track, it was a little difficult to back the 24ft trailer in the driveway (to stay off the grass) but all around the home and host was fantastic! thank you for a great stay!

we had a great time at Amy's. perfect location to stores, boat ramp etc. super clean and very relaxing place. a bunch of games for the kids and pool table for the adults. everyone in our group had a great time

Anne-Marie has a lovely home, spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen was clean and well stocked for meal preparation. Everything was is order and we could jump right into our vacation. We rented a boat and the dock worked perfectly. We really enjoyed the large screened in porch. We would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Pros: This place is exactly as described. Beautiful views and wonderful amenities. Loved all this house had to offer. It was definitely worth what we paid. The lake was clean and the dock was perfect for swimming. Very secluded and private. Cons: very tiny bathrooms/sinks. Beds weren’t made when we arrived, but atleast we knew the sheets were cleaned. Soooooo manyyyyyyy ticks and spiders (which we know the Airbnb doesn’t have much control over, being in the woods). Overall we had a wonderful week stay here and would come again.

Richard‘s place was awesome. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms it was perfect for our group of four adults and one toddler. We grilled out, fished off of the dock, and watched the beautiful sunsets from the deck. It was super quiet and relaxing. We definitely plan on returning.
