Mascot Cottage - 2 bedroom eco friendly cottage

Our 2 bedroom Cottage is very neat and tidy and near our home with a garden view on our family farm. You will enjoy the sunset in peace and quiet from the veranda which is all milled timber from our farm. You will have the use of our pool, BBQ, laundry and plenty of car parks. We are only 20km off the Mid Western Hwy along a dirt road which is currently in good condition. 40km in total from West Wyalong. A top spot for bird watching and star gazing. We have dogs, chooks, a cat and peacock!

A wealthy merchant from Anglesey in Wales, loaded two ships with finery that could not be obtained in Australia at the time. William Thomas built Anglesey House with it's seven marble fireplaces, cedar staircase, high and ornate ceilings and sandstone stables in the back garden. This place is like a theme park A time travellers delight It is niche but if you want a piece of living history then you don’t go past the homestead Yes, its a bit dusty- but then so is history Seriously a grand experience Tied it in with the Elvis fest in Parkes and could not have been happier The host was super helpful and really clear With communications . Our stay was lovely. We had a minor hiccup with the sliding door inadvertently locked. Peter and Mandy were very prompt and addressed the issue immediately, which was greatly appreciated. The home was very comfortable and oozed warmth. We would be very likely to stay again, our stay was quite quite lovely.
