Excellent place to rest and spend a weekend with the family

An excellent place to disconnect, one block away from an Oxxo and a good Wi-Fi network. The house does not have food supplies such as salt, oil or natural water, so I recommend taking this into account and bringing them. The garden and the trees are incredibly well cared for, you feel like you're in a little paradise. The house is completely fenced, which made it very safe for our dogs. They told us that they fumigate it constantly, so we hardly found any insects, even though we were in a garden. The pool temperature was excellent and the lady who welcomed us was very kind!

The views of the lake from the condo and from the rooftop patio were absolutely stunning. Greeting the day with a beautiful sunrise was enchanting. The small town of El Chante offered all the shopping I needed. Although there aren't many "dining out" options in El Chante, you can get a bus easily and within a few minutes have tons of restaurant options. Although there were a few issues with power and water outages, they were brief and LiaZa's great communication made it easy to navigate. The security team is exceptional. They were always friendly and ready to support. I would definitely consider returning to this property when I come back to the Lake Chapala area.

It has everything you need to spend family time!

In general, the place is very nice, the apartment has everything you need for your stay, it is relatively new, everything worked perfectly. The pier is a 5-minute walk away and you can park your vehicle on the property for added security. Just as a note, if you're a light sleeper, the road is very close and there's some noise at night.

It was one of the most beautiful and relaxing weekends we had. In the large bed you sleep very well and this shower is a dream. Everything is very clean and you feel very comfortable and safe. The best part is the private pool. It is such a luxury and we were able to recharge a lot and recover. A really nice house with lots of details and a great host. I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you

We were very comfortable at Daniela's house! There was always someone available to assist us and provide us with what we needed. The house is impeccable, very comfortable, clean and well maintained. The well-pruned and cared-for gardens and the heated pool. We had a great weekend!

Everything is very good, the house is very nice and the view is beautiful, we had a great time as a family. Mary was always attentive to us. Highly recommended!! We only recommend fumigation inside the house since we had an encounter with a scorpion. We know that there are these types of insects in the area, but I think the issue of insects inside the house can be controlled a little better. Thank you so much for everything! We enjoyed it!

Valerie takes care of every detail, from the outdoor shower, armchair and hammock by the pool, speakers, climate, wifi, the kitchen with everything you need and the bar on the terrace equally equipped, in addition to the view I loved every place I saw, beautiful to spend time with family

Staying at Gerardo's house was a spectacular experience. We rested like never before and had a great stay. He was always attentive to our messages and despite the external conditions that did not depend on him (it rained hard and the water got in a little), he was always very willing to help us. If you have the chance, don't miss out on staying here. We recommend it 100%. The place is quiet, cool, very nice to spend a couple of days with the family and disconnect from the city.

The house was well appointed. And it was in a peaceful development. We enjoyed outside space and the pool area. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We all agreed we would return!

Ana has a beautiful home which has been accessible for my wheelchair based father and elderly mother, with all flat entrances and accessible showers and no stairs which can be a rarity in Mexico especially Ajijic. This is the third occasion my parents have stayed with her due to their comfort with the space. It is well decorated, modern and comfortable. Ana was proactive in providing entry instructions making it easy for my folks with their early AM arrival. We had a few miscommunications due to myself personally not having the airbnb app installed during the stay and some linguistic overlaps, but she resolved any of our concerns promptly and was very reasonable with any solutions or accommodations. It is on the pricier side for Ajijic, but offered unique value for our situation and needs. It is not a central location to downtown but peaceful, welcoming and comfortable especially if you spend more time at the Airbnb. Bring your own streaming logins for movies etc Recommend overall

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was perfect for our group of six, offering plenty of space and comfort. The highlight was definitely the beautiful garden and pool – it was so peaceful and well-maintained. The gardener came every two days to keep everything in top shape, and the pool was always spotless, which we appreciated! The location was also fantastic, close to everything we needed. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be renting again in the future. Highly recommend!
