Monthly Rentals in Lake Borumba

We had a lovely stay at Steve’s cottage. Our boys loved feeding carrots to the horses next door and we particularly liked the fire pit. The cottage was extremely clean and in a great location - peaceful but not too far from local villages and bushwalks.

Julie's Orchid Room is outstanding. She and Gary have a beautiful property and this Airbnb is a true gem. We found it to be spotlessly clean and fresh, comfortably furnished and well equipped. A lot of love and care has gone into making this a very special place to stay. We also enjoyed meeting and interacting with Julie, Gary and Meg.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and private cabin tucked away in the middle of nowhere. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle, with wallabies even joining us for breakfast — a truly special experience! The outdoor shower was a highlight for me; it ended up being my favourite shower ever. The toilet being outside was a bit of a hassle, especially with kids needing to go during the night, but it was manageable. Paddy was an exceptional host — extremely responsive and clear with his instructions, which made everything easy. The cabin itself is beautifully and thoughtfully designed, with great attention to detail. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of even the simplest items, and the use of environmentally friendly products throughout was a lovely touch. Overall, a peaceful, well-curated stay with a host who clearly cares. Highly recommended!

What an incredible stay! The wooden cabin was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable! We were surrounded by rainforests, mountains and valleys, with lots of clearly mapped out trails on the property to explore and the horses came to say hello every afternoon and were happy to take a little snack! (I would recommend bringing apples/carrots to feed the horses they’ll become your best friends!) It’s just endless peace at hope valley, the only sounds you can hear are the birds singing, the creek babbling and the leaves rustling in the wind -with the occasional moo in the distance ❤️ we loved our stay and hope to return in the near future
