Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Lake Apopka

We spent Christmas from December 19-28. Nine adults and 3 kids. We booked this a year ago so we could spend all of our energy planning a perfect Disney vacation for our grandchildren. Susan is an excellent host very responsive from the beginning. Being new to Airbnb I needed extra attention and Susan gave us clear instructions. The house is beautiful and the kids loved the pool. The location is close to Shopping and restaurants. The amenities of the house made it easy for us to plan our down days. We paid for the resort bands but did not use the resort because the house was so comfortable and accommodating that the kids didn’t want to leave. I loved having the option though. It’s easily 30 minutes to all of the parks. Being Christmas we expected traffic. We had minimal problems navigating through traffic. I highly recommend Susan and the resort if you are considering Florida.

Miguel helped us move in quickly after our home was destroyed by Hurricane Milton. He was very responsive to any question or issue.

This was the perfect place for our needs. The house was clean and plenty of space for us. The 3 full baths were really nice to have. Very walkable with good restaurants in town. I would definitely stay again if we have to come back to the area.

We enjoyed our first ever Airbnb stay in the Florida area. The amenities were amazing for the local resort, the pool located at the property was positioned perfectly for me to see my children playing on the patio/ pool area while in the kitchen. We loved the outdoor seating and bbq grill. Gabe & Gabrielle were responsive, they always made sure to respond timley with any questions we had. We also loved the QR code in the entry way, you scan it and it displays all the amenities from resort, closing times, and different themes or specials at the local grill. We had an amazing first trip & thankful for the opportunity to stay at this property! Active duty family & will be back!

We had a great time at Tanya's house. Super clean, well located in the Villages Complex, great walkability , nice neighborhood and very quiet. We would certainly like to book another week here down the road.

We have family living in Oviedo and have tried a variety of options for housing in the area. This was by far the best option for us. The location is great, the place was cozy and had everything that we needed. It was clean and comfortable and the shower is awesome. We will definitely be back.

Andrea’s place was nothing short of amazing and convenient. His instructions to checking in and checking out is very simple. The apartment is clean and neat that comes with pool and gym access. There are many restaurants around and even a Publix around the corner if you like cooking. Andrea’s communication with us is very responsive and clear. He is very nice and a great host. Highly recommend this place!

Ken and Janet were great hosts! Friendly and informative communication! They had small snacks and drinks in the mini fridge. We felt like home after a long travel day! We will be back!

I really couldn't have asked for a better stay for the 3 nights I needed. The unit is very spacious, clean, has all amenities needed to feel like home. It's quiet, feels very private, and in one of the best locations in the Orlando core area. Highly recommended.

Loved our stay! We only stayed for one night as we were in town to celebrate the holidays with family. Gary was very responsive and allowed me to drop off our things early before official check in. We are in this area a lot as my sister lives nearby. We will definitely be back!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. place was cozy and looked great. love the 3 rooms as our 15 year old likes his privacy and space from the little ones. the Littles were thrilled over the bunk beds. I did have 1 issue, I am breastfeeding and the hormones have me pretty hot even on a good night. The owner locks the thermostat and there was no ceiling fan in the master bedroom. I had trouble sleeping the 1st night but when I spoke with the owner she lowered the temp for me and the next nights there were great! Will definitely stay again!!!!!

Location was convenient to downtown. Host was responsive and friendly. Space matched the listing details and was great for a couples trip.

We stayed with extended family and this spot was the perfect getaway. We all had our own space, and the kitchen was well equipped for meals in! Loved the grounds - enjoyed the tennis and table tennis, the castle playground, and the heated pools! Location was great - convenient and 10-15 mins from Disney parks, and just down the street from Walmart. Would definitely stay again if we visit Disney again!

We had a great stay in Vista Cay. We loved being close to the pool. It was very quiet at night and our condo was as expected. There were a few very worn areas on the couch and rug. The beds were comfortable and we had ample space. We would definitely stay again.

Jose’s place was extremely comfortable. We spent a couple of days at Disney World and came back exhausted. Everyone rested up so well in the accommodation. Would highly recommend the condo!! Felt totally 5 star. You do need to go through an id process to enter each time. But this was seamless. I respected and appreciated the security it offered. Thank you Jose, when we come back we would definitely stay here again!

Spacious and clean apartment, great location. Anderson was very welcoming and attentive throughout our stay.

We loved our stay at this condo! It's about 15 minutes to Disney and half hour to Universal. There are many great restaurants and stores close by and the amenities like the pool, lazy river, hot tub area were a great added plus! The space itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything you need for cooking, bathing, and laundry. Good value for the price. Joanne was a great host and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend staying here!

It was easy to check in, clean, and well maintained. Jason was super helpful and in touch throughout the whole experience and the area was lovely. Definitely would stay again 😊
