Monthly Rentals in Lahug (Pob.)

The apartment had everything we needed as a place to stay while in Cebu. It was clean and the air conditioning unit worked great! Even when there were minor issues, the host was very responsive and was able to get things fixed quickly. I appreciated the free cleaning service for long staying guests.

Overall it was great experience for me to stay here. Response from the host was every time quick and to the point, building and its facility was very new and comfortable. I will describe other points below. Location: On the map it is very close to the IT park especially Sugbo Mercado, but you have to take a detour and it takes around 10 minutes to walk there. Also, you have to go through a dusty and bumpy construction area before you get to the nearest main road(Sarinas Drive), and little lighting and stray dogs in here can be frightening for an unaccustomed person especially woman walking alone. However, the road was being paved in a fast pace during my month-long stay, so I don't know if this will be the case in the future. Pool amenity: The pool was good for training swimmers, with a length that seemed to be 25 meters. However, it's a facility to chill for families and couples basically, you should choose the time to train yourself alone. I could fulfill it in early morning.

We had a great stay. The place was very clean, just as described in the listing. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The location was convenient, and everything went perfectly. Highly recommend!

The place was definitely worth the price and the host was highly responsive. When you alert them of a problem, they were quick to respond even if it is in the early morning. Kudos to the team and I look forward to coming back to staying with them in Cebu!
