This is perfect for a large family or those who like their own space to relax. Lots of room inside and nice outdoor space for cool evenings. Area is very quiet at night, its the perfect home away from home!

Very nice property, very well located on the edge of the Esmeralda cenote. The canoe and life jackets are very convenient. Very responsive hostess. A big thank you to the gentleman who takes care of the maintenance of the exteriors who is available and extremely pleasant.

Had a wonderful relaxing stay and fell in love with this location. I spent each morning kayaking as the sun was rising and the cabin itself is waterfront so listening to the sound of the water, was able to practice yoga on the deck. The small gym was also nice and location itself is close walking to town center. On site staff helped bring more water, coffee and even did a hotel style maid service which I wasn't expecting and helped organize a taxi. Bed is very comfortable and location is incredibly quiet for sleeping. The bikes on site are not in great condition so did not use them but were able to walk everywhere. There are several kayaks and stand up paddle boards which is amazing.

We are a family of 4 (two boys 4 and 7) and we stayed for 4 nights. We had the most wonderful time and were very sad to leave! The condo is spacious while also being cozy and homey. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable and everything you need is there. My kids had such a great time having their own room together! Jacqui was wonderful at providing recommendations to local restaurants, where we could access the Laguna and was very quick and kind when responding. The location was very walkable to the Laguna, restaurants, town square etc. We felt safe, we had a wonderful time and it was a great base to explore beautiful Bacalar! Hope to return soon!

Great spot

Privileged location. Great place to stay. Top-notch care. Since before arriving Brillante was very attentive to us. It was a family trip and getting to Casa Sol y Luna and feeling at home was wonderful. The facilities as described in the app. Pablo was a key element as he was aware of every detail so we were comfortable. It was a great experience. Thank you Brillante for having such a complete but above all cozy space. You are definitely the option to enjoy Bacalar at its best. Brillante you are a first-class host. Thank you .

What a wonderful retreat! BoaBoa was everything we dreamed of and more. A quiet, special, and cared-for getaway that's also a bit removed (and thankfully) from the busier part of Bacalar. We swam, we kayaked, we sailed. We were cared for, and we had many wonderful meals and interactions in town. We hope to make it back there sometime soon. Thank you to the lovely staff at BoaBoa!
