You will love to cook in the outdoors kitchen and enjoy the warmshower under the stars. We give many rescued animals a forever home in our little homestead. Fazenda das Papoilas has a small food forest and permaculture vegetables garden. You can eat fresh eggs from the chickens. The breathtaking beaches of the Algarve are only 3 kms away, Lagos is also nearby.

Quinta do Barco Cheio is a family farm. It is 4km away from Lagos and its beautiful beaches (advisable to have your own transport). You will be welcomed by 2 friendly dogs, 8 donkeys, chickens, and a few Guinea-pigs! The apartment is attached to the family house, but completely independent. It accommodates a total of 6 and it is wheelchair friendly. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchenette, a living and dining room. Outside there is a nice terrace, a swimming pool and a BBQ area.
