What a wonderful apartment. I felt right at home. Fully equipped kitchen. Spotless throughout. Many shops and restaurants steps away. Helpful staff at the security desk. Air conditioned bedroom. Beautiful view of Águas Claris Park. Washer and drier was great to have since I have been traveling for a few weeks. I am definitely staying here again on my next visit to Águas Claris, Brasília.

I spent more than 1 month in the apartment and felt like home. Very well furnished, with good structure, staff of the very friendly and helpful building, excellent location and many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Polliana was always kind to answer my questions and always responded quickly. I will definitely recommend it to friends.

Local as per the listing, close to the site is easy to buy food. Mr. Jackson very polite and helpful. I went with children and it has a good space. Unfortunately the pool was in maintenance and could not be used. But the value certainly has a great cost benefit. I'll come back other times

The place is easy to find, very calm, private and perfect for those looking for rest and contact with nature. We feel very safe in the house and the condominium. The place was exactly like the listing and the photos and totally clean, organized. We left wanting to return again.

Wonderful accommodation! Better than the pictures!! All clear! Everything works right! The house perfectly accommodates people! Host responds quickly and is very attentive! The region is great! I only have compliments! And toast there are two kittens in the house that are always ready for affection!

The AP is very nice. It has many utensils for those who want to cook. There is a small mall down below to make some shopping and be able to eat tbm (including a bakery and a Cacau Show hostel). There is a park (Águas Claras) less than 10 minutes from the AP to take a walk with lots of green (and lots of sleeves at this time of year). For those who want to know the esplanade and the 3 power square ( and the main tourist spots) will spend about 40 minutes by car to get there.

The stay was very good! Very functional apartment with all the infrastructure I needed. The residential area had everything, I didn't even have to leave the house. I observed some details regarding the TV panel that needs attention. Also the fact of being a ground floor apartment, the privacy is lost a little, but the voal curtain saves a little. Other than that, everything is excellent! Comfortable bed, quality linen, and towels. I would stay again.

We loved the place , everything great 👍🏻 there we thought was bad the day we arrived that we were looking for the block and we didn't find it … and we were full of suitcases . But everything else was great !!

Fabio and Cida were extremely careful, available and attentive. The apartment is in a good location and has excellent infrastructure in the condominium. In the apartment there are also all the items needed for everyday use.
