Apartment cozy, clean and with full living and kitchen items! The place is very well located, with practically everything in the apartment block itself, restaurant, supermarket, bakery, beauty salon! What in my opinion is not cool is that there is only shower in the suite, so everyone who is staying has to use the suite to bathe! Apparently it was a bathroom and was divided to give rise to a wash, for those over 1.80 tall is a bit tight, maybe the original bathroom would be much better!

You will not be disappointed staying here..I intended to stay for a week and booked an additional week after the first..Fast internet, water filtration. Two AC..Quality coffeemaker..Lakeside with all needed amenities..Gym was good..Market, restaurants, pharmacy on-site..Highly recommend.

Excellent! Priscila was very attentive with my doubts, the place complied with what was promised in the listing, it was clean and comfortable, the shower is great, the area is very quiet, safe and has a market, cafes and nearby restaurants. I recommend it!

The stay was wonderful, the space matches the photos and was the treats I was greeted with. The apartment is beautiful, I felt safe in the condominium and outside that Renata helps us with the manuals with sights and tips as well. Apart from that, the communication and the reception of Renata was the differential to feel welcoming and super safe. I will refer and come back more often. People are worth it.

Great hostel. Great Internet. Cable TV with Netflix. Hostel leaves fruit to eat, and things to make coffee (powder, sugar and filter). Besides, it left chocolates like mimics.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The location is ideal, close to the metro and many local shops (bakery, grocery store, pharmacy...). It's very convenient for shopping on a daily basis and perfect for those who like to cook. The apartment is perfectly arranged, with very convenient storage space. The furniture is comfortable and gives a cozy atmosphere. The bed is extremely nice and we slept very well. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable. Our hostess was very responsive to our messages. I would highly recommend this accommodation!
