We stayed for a week and loved it. Ilpo was able to provide a cot and high chair so our 1 year old could enjoy it too. Fantastic pool and restaurant in the village and less than a 10 minute drive to many restaurants and beaches! We also were able to walk our dog safely in the village. I am sure we will come back for another stay one day! Thank you Ilpo!

Great place to stay with family

Good location and very good equipment

This is a middle sized stylish bungalow in a wooded area in front of a shadowy beach with teal water (people don't swim there). There is a narrow asphalt lane between the bungalows and the beach used mostly by walkers and irregular scooters (no troubles with noise or dust). It is around 15 minutes to walk to the central village and the main beach of Koh Samet. And this is around 5-7 minutes to walk to the Koh Samet main pier (Na Dan pier) where you can find a big 7/11 supermarket (24h/7d) as well. The staff was friendly. The bungalow was clean. And a cup of coffee for free in the morning. It was secluded peaceful living there. I liked it! Thanks!

We loved staying at Sunflower (all three of us as we took our dog, Poppy) lovely house and surroundings. Garden and pool immaculate. Friendly staff at Moo Baan and property agents were very quick to respond and deal with any problems we had. Fanny was always on hand to help (through email) and we would love to come back to the area again. Many thanks for a relaxed, happy stay.

Very nice house with a great pool area and very clean water. It is very clean and tidy with superb amenities. Location is quiet and yet central about 10 minutes to the beach and about 15 minutes to the nearest city we will be happy to come back

This is a great family place especially if you love the beach. The host property manager was amazing. Very attentive! We would definitely recommend stocking up for larger items (we like to cook breakfastforourselves). The essentials are available 4 minutes away. The seafood is great and plenty of restaurants. If we go to rayong again this will be our first place to look for

Beautiful place by the sea. The beach is clean and private. It's easy to find something to eat. Rooms are clean.

The location of this villa is stunning, particularly the sea view from the roof terrace. The roof terrace and swimming pool were our favorite part of the property. The rooftop is quiet and cool in the mornings (we visited in Jan) and we really enjoyed having breakfast there and a BBQ in the evening. The house itself is comfortable and perfect for our young family. We only had to be mindful of our youngest child and the mezzanine floor with a low-ish rails, but this is clear from the photos I believe. There is a great Beach Club/cafe a very short walk along the beach (less than 5 mins) which we loved as well. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we booked. Thank you for our stay.

My wife and I stayed at this property from 3.1.2019 to 31.1.2019. It was an excellent choice for us. What you don't see in the old pictures is that the sides to the house and pool are now grown up. Thus, the inspection from the side is not given. On the last day, the screen to the street was renewed, which was rusted by the base frame. We had already booked everything over a year and a half in advance, everything worked out great. Virginia responded to all our queries right now. This is also when we were on site. The property has a bedroom for 2 persons with bathroom and toilet, which can also be accessed from the pool side from the outside. The second bedroom with two double beds , for 4 people, with a shower and toilet. Both bedrooms and the living with kitchen had AC and fan. The living room with kitchen has an insect protection door. All the staff in the complex are very friendly, discreet and helpful. A vehicle should definitely be rented. We had rented a very good Saleng in the complex. It should be booked through Virginia before arrival. In the high season, there are also bad things to get in the area. All in all, our stay was super great.

superb peaceful place

The place itself and the apartment exceeded all my expectations. Great location (sea across the street, close to everything you need from a shop and cafe, motorbike rental and laundry) nearby. The apartment is in excellent condition, everything you need is there, clean. The hostess is very friendly, answered all questions, helped with advice. Two great saltwater pools (a large swimming pool on the Grand Blue property, which you can use, we lay there on the sun loungers and went swimming across the street and the infinity pool on the rooftop of our Condo, which worked around the clock, we bathed in it at night). I definitely recommend this apartment! The place itself is quiet, peaceful, the perfect family getaway! ❤️😍😘

As always it was a wonderful experience staying with Mr Andy. I and my wife are always impressed and enjoy the natural environment and pollution free atmosphere here. In 22 days of stay we didn’t use the living room A/C because of the cool and refreshing breeze whole day along. It was really amazing. We never get tired or bored coming here again and again.

You pay What you get. Perfect distance to the beach.

This is a really nice place in a good apartment building. Its first floor (but basically on the second) There are actually two balconies one of them is big like a terrace and you can see some sea from it and it has table and chairs. The apartment had everything you might need and it is obvious that it is not something people give for rent but also use themselves. It has this “home” feeling to it! We liked it a lot. Balconies on two sides make it breezy inside so we never really used air conditioning only fans. The app needs some minor repairs and the cleaning lady is maybe not top notch, but look at the price it is a great deal and all small things are included in that price I think. Grab it if you can! Annemarie is really nice and always ready to help if needed. Thank you again we had a great time!

Nice comfy, clean and quirky house a quick walk from the beach. Recommended.

We were able to enjoy the beach and pool and eating areas easily as a family traveling with three elderly persons with disabilities. There are a few stairs to go in and out of the back patio and beach area but it isn't too bad since you're literally at the beach. The beach was quiet though with some rubbish . The bathrooms were a little awkward. Inside of the main part of the home, there is one bedroom that has a full bathroom. The other bathrooms are attached to the kitchen and then outside by the pool. Only the bathroom inside of the bedroom had a hot shower. We did enjoy our time there and may come back again when we need another family getaway to the beach!
