We absolutely loved staying at Andrea’s’ place. The house and gardens were immaculately kept and so peaceful. The room was as beautiful, and stocked with everything you need including nice touches such as snacks, coffee, milk, juice and water - all replenished daily along with room cleaning. The bathroom was spotless with lovely toiletries. Andreas was such an attentive and friendly host - he had lots of great recommendations and really made us feel at home. We had such a great stay here and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

We were at Sylvia's place for 11 days with our three dogs. It was perfect. We have enjoyed it. Lovely large house. Completely complete. Very welcoming and helpful.

Very friendly and welcoming owner and overtoutreactive at any time, fluid communication. great apartment! very good location in the city center close to everything and especially well insulated phonically. very clean (linen and sanitary) and tidy full of decoration that you feel like you're in a museum. i recommend it, go there without a second thought.

This house was very easy to find with great free parking and easy to get in and out of the building with the keys. The house itself is absolutely stunning, the pictures do not do it justice. Very roomy and spacious living room, well stocked kitchen, 2 bath rooms, washer and dryer and 3 bedrooms with 4 beds. Could easily sleep many many people. The balcony had a lovely view of the marina and many restaurants to choose from in the area, one even right downstairs. This is a gem, and anyone who stays here is lucky to do so. We didn’t want to leave.

Great place , just a short stroll to the beach , house was big with great big comfortable couches. Short cab ride into the heart of Kalamata highly recommended.

Great place and beautiful setting. Quite many steps up to the house but worth it! And good exercise… Beautiful terrace!

Lovely apartment. We traveled with two children young, three years old and two months old to celebrate our anniversary. The apartment had many alternatives for the children to sleep,since it had two sofa beds and ranch. Also it is the first apartment we have stayed in and we were surprised by the hospitality of Effie . New toothpaste , baby wipes, baby shampoos, body soap, oil, oranges in the refrigerator, sealed bottles of wine, oranges. Thank you very much.

We stayed in one of the houses of Nikos&Aggeliki for two days and would have liked to have stayed longer. Our stay was just perfect. The property is beautiful and invites you to relax. The hot tub and sauna were real highlights. The bookable massage was a dream and absolutely recommended – a great addition to the relaxation program. We also particularly liked the fridge, which was filled with regional products for breakfast – a great start to the day! The place is run with so much love, everywhere there are small details to discover that make the stay special. Also, the hosts provided great service. There was tea and fresh fruit at the sauna incl. Infusion products and even menthol crystals. For dinner you brought us in-house olives. That's it! The fantastic view completes the experience perfectly. We will definitely be back!

We were greeted by Marcos amicably despite our delay. The house is lovely and within walking distance from the center of Koroni but also from nice beaches. The yard around the house is very big and nice. We enjoyed our morning coffee overlooking the sea and in the evenings the stars and the August moon. Markos' mother, Mrs. Eleni ( a very friendly and sociable person ) helped us with everything we needed and gave us a lot of useful information about where we can eat, which beaches to go to and where we can have fun. It felt like we were home. We hope to see you again.

Ioannis was very hospitable and super responsive. Accessing the house was very easy and fortunately there is a parking lot next door for easy parking (street parking nearly impossible, very tight streets). The rooms were big and very clean. Lots of closet space. Kitchen had everything.

The house has a breathtaking location, the view of the sea is beautiful. The decor is of high quality and very cozy. It has everything you need. The hostess is friendly, helpful and very easy to reach. Absolute recommendation!

Vaggelis' place was amazing and it included everything that a visitor might need during the stay. Vaggelis himself is a great host, he made sure that the check-in/check-out went smoothly and he gave me all the necessary help to find the house, spend a quality time there and feel like at home. He is very discreet and very pleasant as a person. The location is perfect, a few meters only away from the sea and with a great view from the balcony, also very close to the city of Porto Heli, where you can find restaurants/bars/shops. The place is super clean, both inside the house and outside in the pool/garden area. There is plenty of space for the visitors, with 3 double bedrooms and a lot of common space. A big thanks to Vaggelis that made our stay very pleasant and unique. We will definitely come back.

Fantastic house and owner attentive at all times to our needs. The location is perfect, in a very quiet area and 2 streets away from the beach. In fact, you can get there by walking.

Wonderful hosts, wonderful retreat with a pool after exploring the nearby sites. Especially on very hot August days. Cental location between Napflio and Tolo. A little tricky to find at first but worth it. Would return without hesitation.

Everything was perfect: beautiful villa, with all amenities. Every m3 was clean and well laid out, with everything we needed for our comfort. We were made to feel very welcome with plenty to eat and drink. Théo is very responsive and helpful.
