Flawless accommodation, exactly as described, well-equipped enough for large tables (there were 8 of us). Mathieu was very accommodating for check-in and checkout times. The place is secluded, so peaceful, it was exactly what we wanted, we will come back without hesitation! Thank you Mathieu!

We had a great time at Philippe's house with extraordinary proximity to the lake. It was a wonderful family moment. The house and associated services are perfect. I found my childhood lake and its peaceful side. Philippe was a very welcoming host and always available. We would highly recommend it.

Very nice location, with stunning lake views. We really enjoyed the view, as well as the layout of the cottage, while we spent the Christmas holidays there, mostly indoors.

This home is amazing: a retreat by the lake. The view in the morning is worthy of Monet's painting "Impression of the sunrise". During the day, everyone can enjoy the activities (ping pong, foosball, games in the lawn, ...) and the lake if the weather is nice. It is an ideal place to gather our whole family with infants and children in the 7 bedrooms. In the evening, the living room is an ideal place to gather together while keeping the beautiful view of the lake. The very well-equipped kitchen makes it possible to make good meals and enjoy them on the terrace. Already wanting to go back ...

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

We had a pleasant stay in Veyrier. The apartment is very nice and the view is sublime. In addition, it is very well located: 5 minutes from the lake, close to free parking, a convenience store and the bus stop to walk around the lake. Only downside for us: There are no shutters and no blinds/curtains at all the windows of the room upstairs: complicated to rest because it is great day as soon as the sun is there.

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

This delightful little place is everything it seems to be - most of all for us: quiet, with a lovely garden and right on the lake. Bruno was totally helpful and friendly and quickly available when needed. Everything inside is wood lined except the shower area so it can feel like a wooden chalet.

We had a great time, the house and the land are suitable for large groups (we were 7 adults and 3 children). The place has lots of charm. Responsive exchanges, I would recommend it

We had a great holiday in Sandrine's house. The house is a stone's throw from the lake, right in front of two restaurants, and has a large walled garden, perfect for children and dogs. Sandrine and Julien were very responsive and welcoming. We'll be happy to go back!

Have a great stay with your family. Beautiful, peaceful, relaxing and natural place and setting. Very close to the lake and easily accessible by pedal boat and paddle board. Very nice terrace and spacious, renovated and rustic accommodation. Didier and his wife were warm and available, responsive too. We recommend 🙂

We had a very nice week in St. Jorioz. The apartment did not disappoint us on the whole and we felt very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, the large table and sofa perfect for working, relaxing, playing games or watching movies. Communication with the hosts was also smooth and very friendly. There were five of us there, and that worked, but the four of us are probably even more comfortable. There are also vacuum cleaners, wipers, etc., to clean a bit in between, which we also loved. The only thing that would have made our stay even better would be enough toilet paper, dish soap, batteries for remote control and things like oil and spices, because it's hard to bring your own if you're traveling without a car. In addition, the apartment is intended for very quiet vacationers. We didn't have a party or anything, and were still too loud for the neighbors. But overall it was great! Thanks!

We had a great time at this villa, ideal for a group of 10 people. The place is spacious, very clean and well equipped, especially in the kitchen where we found everything we needed for cooking. The host was always available and responsive, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this villa for a group stay!

The minute we arrived, we felt right at home! The house has everything you need, and more! The garden has a perfect spot for outside breakfasts and diners, with a beautiful view..The nearby beach and lake are very nice, also great for supping! We'ld highly recommend the place and would love to come again.
