We had an amazing holiday the mayen is superb not to mention the jaccuzi which is great! Very functional and cozy clean accommodation, it feels like home!

This place is fantastic! The bed and fold-down couch are both super comfortable, and the view *cannot be beat.* Quick and easy drive to hikes and grocery stores etc. If you're looking for a place to stay in the area, just book this one—you won't regret it. Really really happy with it, would love to stay again if I come through the region.

Everything was perfect, as described and in the photos. Clean accommodation and everything you need is available (linens, towels, coffee etc...). The trailer is well separated from the owners' accommodation, we enjoyed the jacuzzi and the garden in complete privacy. The place is very quiet and soothing, ideal for relaxing after a walk in Annecy.

Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well equipped (better than described), the magnificent view, and the sauna and jakuzi great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

Le Mazot is absolutely beautiful, the location is stunning 🤩. It is very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped for cooking. Communication with Phillipe was great and he met us when we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

4 days of relaxation surrounded by nature. The stay was magnificent. The house is equipped with every comfort, from the kitchen and barbecue to an indoor sauna and an outdoor hot tub. Gib was the perfect host. He provided us with all the detailed directions for our arrival at the chalet and was always available to answer our questions. Everything was absolutely impeccable. Highly recommended!

Very good stay at Roberta's, large garden for dogs with direct access to the lake. Cozy place, it almost feels like home. Roberta very friendly and very available as needed. Proximity to the center of Annecy is a great plus I would recommend it!

Very nice week stay in Michel's chalet, close to the Domaine du Grand Massif in 10 min, either by shuttle or by car with ample parking available (but paying without being excessive since this year), and a few hundred meters from the beginner Sixt slopes, perfect for introducing children. Regarding the chalet, everything is done by Michel for your comfort and welcome, the chalet is ideal for a family with 2 children who can have their own spaces in separate bedrooms. No wifi, no TV, but DVDs, games and reading for everyone, allow us to have a warm time. Don't hesitate to put your bags there, Go!

We were great at the house. Awesome garden and the kids enjoyed the trampoline.

We had a dreamy week at this cottage. The scenery is simply breathtaking, ideal for recharging and enjoying nature. The cottage was spotlessly clean, very cozy and perfectly equipped to meet all our needs. Fabienne is adorable, always available and very welcoming. A real haven of peace to which we hope to return very soon! I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get away and have a great experience for this vacation. Thanks again!

Brieuc is very attentive: provision of the necessary needs for a full breakfast, an aperitif, a list of tourist tips, which is useful. The geographical location is ideal for discovering the shores of Lake Geneva as well as the ski resorts. For those who love nature, walk in nature without taking the car. Cities like Evian, Thonon are very close by car. Very pleasant stay, magnificent landscapes between Lake Geneva and the mountain. Don't hesitate.

If you want to stay around Lake Annecy, it is at Marc's place that you have to go. Relaxing, well located to shine,and following the marc directions you will not be decus.belle terrace to settle in and pool to cool off after the walks with a great panorama. Really look no further.

We had a very good week at Lorraine's, the accommodation is very well thought out with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It's a luxury skiing! It is part of a residence with swimming pool, the services are good levels and it is a few minutes walk from the eggs that go up to the top of the resort. With snow, it's even accessible by ski! I wholeheartedly recommend staying! Thanks for everything!

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

The guide is very convenient, you can find it, we are Chinese, there are many things we can't use, the Host helped us with everything

The accommodation is very well located, quiet, in Prémanon. There is a small convenience store nearby for some shopping. You can also take many walks from the village. Anne-Marie was very welcoming and our stay went very well.

My girlfriend and I stayed one night at karines place in august before driving onwards to the south . We had a wonderful stay: after welcoming us with something to drink and a piece of local cheese, she told us all about the festival of lac annecy which we were lucky to take part in, amazing fireworks! She also pointed us to the best spots only locals know about. And then of course there is karines home, which is beautiful. We had a room with big doors to a front porch terrace, a comfortable bed and wifi. We had our own bathroom and toilet. All in all a class A experience!

Very nice apartment with a lovely big living room and large windows. Well equipped, clean and tidy. A short walk to the Argentiere lifts, all important boulangerie and restaurants in the village. Justin was very helpful but not over the top. Recommended.
