This brand new 2 bedroom is located at the very top of Maderas hill, with an incredible view of the wave and the famous "Shark fin Rock". It's got everything you'll need. Hot water, AC, wifi, security cameras, pool, lounge chairs and more. Both bedrooms and living room have the exact same view, so you won't need to fight over which room to choose. Super secluded and safe, with Hush Hotel/Restaurant within steps, for a amazing views for cocktails and food. We do not accept parties.

Great location with direct access to the beach, just 3 minutes walking! It’s a very cozy house, prepared for great hang outs between friends and family! Central pool with cascade, five rooms: two rooms with queen size bunk beds , one room with queen bed and two rooms with king bed. The house has four private parking spaces located at the back. We offer security guard by night by Oldemar as well as our cleaning lady named Karina, we offer one cleaning per day if agreed by client.
