House vacation rentals in La Strea

We spent over a week at Sara’s place and we loved it. The house is amazing and we greatly enjoyed the location and the breath taking view of the sea. The house is equipped with everything you need and it was actually bigger than expected. The surrounding area is super quiet and in a beautiful natural area. Sara and the person that helped us with the house were super responsive and address any questions/needs we had. It was super sad leaving the place and we would definitely love to come back. Thank you Sara for all you have done for me and my family.

we visited the area for a wedding nearby, and this villa was the perfect place to stay! we booked as two couples and the villa itself is probably the best Airbnb we've all stayed at - it has everything you could need; beautifully furnished, immaculately clean, peaceful yet right in the centre of town. the bedrooms and bathrooms were gorgeous. the pool area was beautiful to relax by during the day. the communication was great as well. we didn't meet Sabrina but she was super helpful in the lead up and we had Peter on hand when we arrived and for any questions we had during the stay. thanks so much! finally, we loved nardo as well - there was an amazing selection of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. we were only there for 5 nights but you could easily try somewhere new each day for a couple a weeks and still need more time. hopefully we get the chance to come back! thanks so much 🙏

My stay in Parabita was truly unforgettable. The location is absolutely stunning, offering beautiful surroundings and a perfect setting to relax and enjoy the charm of Puglia. The house itself is spectacular—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Massimo, the host, was exceptional—always attentive and incredibly kind, making sure every detail was taken care of. His hospitality made the experience even more special. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of southern Italy in a gorgeous home with a wonderful host.

This is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The layout of the apartment is exceptional with the lounge overlooking the pool and it is incredibly spacious. Stefania is a perfect host- incredibly responsive and gives a really good overview of the space. The location was great for us, by a supermarket and pizza restaurant and a walk into the centre of Lecce. Puglia in October was stunning and we would love to return!

Beautiful stay, lovely place, children especially excited about the pool and lots of outdoor space. Vincenzo welcomed us warmly and was always available. We couldn't ask for more!!!

Cozy, spacious accommodation with great outdoor area. The saltwater pool and outdoor shower are amazing. The kitchen is great, everything is taken care of. There are games, books, loungers and water play equipment for outside. We were very happy to use the outdoor kitchen, a highlight is the large barbecue. The house is very quiet, the huge garden with the fruit trees (from which you can eat) is also great for children. The landlord is incredibly helpful and available at any time. Car is necessary to visit the small and large cities outside. We had a great time here, even in wind and rain you will find a dry spot on the large covered terrace. A lovely villa in a quiet location. 5 minutes drive away from restaurants and shops. The villa is a little rustic internally and lacks some home comforts. The outside area is stunning with lovely sea views. We had a restful stay and would recommend the accommodation.

We were two couples on vacation to take a tour of the chickens area, Giulia arranged to leave us two private apartments of the villa so that we were comfortable, the two apartments were absolutely impeccable, rarely seen such cleanliness, the pool idem, her dad came every morning very early to arrange the garden! She was very responsive in answering our questions, also offered us a very convenient self check-in and checkout. We highly recommend Giulia's place! We were there on the first week of October it was perfect for us who visited the surroundings and if you want to be quiet otherwise it is better to come on high season, more lively 😉 Thanks again Giulia! The apartment is conveniently located, a stone's throw from the sea and the ramparts, really beautiful! However, we slept well at night, the street was quiet (and the bedding quality). In addition, Antonio and Lina were very responsive when needed. We would highly recommend!

Definitely recommend this place, close to the sea and within 5 mins of the beach. The apartment was clean and had all amenities necessary for our stay. Finally the host (and the family) have been very accommodating and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I can't thank them enough for their kindness and generosity.

Luigi’s house was surrounded by a beautiful landscape with many fruit and olive trees. The location is great! Just a few minutes' drive from the supermarket, town and beaches, yet in a quiet location. In one week we only met two walkers and the farmer. The terrace provides plenty of shade thanks to its bamboo roof. Luigi's other houses are situated and built in such a way that you can still enjoy plenty of privacy without noticing your neighbors. A highlight was the garden shower, which also has hot water if you decide to take a shower under the stars in the evening. We also enjoyed using the barbecue to try the local fish. Communication with Luigi was great. He gave us lots of tips and information about the surrounding area, restaurants and beaches. He is a very nice and helpful host. We recommend Luigi’s accommodation!

We, two related mature couples, had a fantastic time in Emanuela's place in Gallipoli. It is in a great location in the old town and has a wonderful rooftop seating area from which we could watch the sunset. Emanuela was always responsive on the telephone and ensured everything we required was available to us. Gallipoli itself is an amazing place to see and explore. Thank you Emanuela.

First experience in Salento extremely positive thanks to the undisputed beauty of the place and the extreme professionalism, clarity, courtesy of Mr. Giovanni. Accurate in communications, present without being intrusive and able to recommend places and activities to visit and possibly carry out during the stay. Absolutely recommended.

We loved our time at Giovanni’s place. We felt very at home and it was great to be able to spread out and do some washing after travelling. It is about a 5 mins walk from the old town and we didn’t mind walking to and from because it was nice and peaceful when we returned. There is a bakery on the street corner we went to for breakfast and the supermarket was close by. It was great and we recommend the place highly.

We stayed at the beautiful Nieves estate for a week. It was a real shame to leave... leave the place and leave the people... we were greeted by Nieves, his family and his pets as if we were always friends... we spent wonderful evenings talking with them and the presence of Nieves was fundamental to discover enchanting places in Puglia. Ideal house also for children who are free to explore nature and experience the scents of that beautiful land in a safe and loving environment! We'll definitely be back!

Very clean and very nice accommodation, a little secluded location out of season but probably very lively in season (lots of shops and homes closed around us but stay at the end of October). Extra welcome, owners very available and helpful. A great experience and a great meetup!

Great house with sea access (not a beach but a rocky waterfront well signalled that allows access to swim). I love the location, which is walkable to Castro’s old town and Castro Marina seaside (although, in my opinion, a car is mandatory here). Spacious and charming. Very responsive and polite hosts. The only caveat is the fact that you need to pay extra for linen, towels, cleaning, and electrical charges and put in a security deposit, which is not standard with other Airbnb houses (and I've been renting houses all over the world for the past 10+ years). But the price was very affordable, and the hosts communicated the extra charges well in advance, so we were well informed and accepted the extra payments. But I recommend reading the whole listing information carefully to avoid surprises. It’s my third year spending my summer holidays in Castro, and I felt confident about booking this house because I knew the area well. I would recommend this house to other travellers.

Great apartment, very clean, comfortable, beautiful bathroom. 5 min to the beach. Very good air conditioning that automatically turns off when you open the door to the outside . Overall, I highly recommend it. The only note may be that I didn't know before check-in that there was only one window in one bedroom that overlooks the cage-that was a slight downside.
