We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Les Essarts. This is an characterful , well designed and spacious property in a very peaceful countryside setting. The interior is tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Externally the pool area was a dream where adults and kids can spend hours relaxing or having fun. The grounds are huge and well maintained. I can thoroughly recommend staying here and Laurent at La Conceigerie was extremely helpful throughout.

We had a great stay! The house is spacious, tastefully furnished and functional. We loved the huge garden and quiet. Our kids loved the swing, the trampoline, and the games room. Adults loved reading in the shade of tall trees and stargazing at night. Cécile is a charming and very responsive host. If you need calm, disconnection and wide open spaces, I recommend it!

We had a very relaxing stay enjoying the sun and beautiful flowers in the garden. The place is very quiet and it is possible to walk in the fields around but you have to take the car to the basic necessities shops in the neighboring village 8min drive or for restaurants 20min away. If you're looking for peace and a place to disconnect, don't hesitate!

I would recommned this property. Christophe's self-check-in instructions were clear and precise. A small welcome booklet awaits you in the accommodation. Large and very well-equipped house (family friendly) Close to Futuroscope, 35 minutes away. In short, no to redire!!!

Wonderful stay at Karim's. Very beautiful well-equipped house in a peaceful environment. A lovely heated pool with an unobstructed view. The terrace is lovely too. Thanks to Karim, we lacked nothing. We'll be back!

We were moving for a bmx sporting event, with a team of adults and young adults , the competitions taking place during the day we were able to benefit from the inner part that perfectly suited our needs , we found everything we needed and Agnes was able to meet our expectations in terms of arrangements of rooms and dorms with responsiveness and availability. We were able to benefit from a secure parking where our 2 vans and trailer were able to park without the need to unload bikes and other accessories. House as described. We were 6 Adults and 6 children and were able to enjoy it to the fullest (except the pool which was out of order but it was not an inconvenience). Nathalie's kindness and availability made it possible to make this stay pleasant and relaxed. I would highly recommend it!

A typical place in an old house that would ask for a restoration but the essentials are there and allow you to have a pleasant time, suitable for a large group. Simple access, A very responsive and attentive host. Good hosting on the premises.

This house, like its owners, deserves a 5-star rating. The owners are kind and responsive. The house is family-friendly, warm, bright, lively, well arranged, quiet and perfectly equipped. Many outdoor activities are offered on the property. The very gloomy weather deprived us of the opportunity to enjoy it, nevertheless we had a "great" stay thanks to the internal amenities. We promised ourselves to come back for a longer stay.

I had a great time at Emmanuel's place. Everything was perfectly as described, and the apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Emmanuel was an attentive, responsive and very pleasant host. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Again thank you for this great experience!

Go there without so much as a second thought! 🤩 It's beautiful, tastefully decorated and quality materials. Plus detailed services for super comfortable amenities and bedding. I organized this stay as part of a surprise. As I imagined, the place has a lot more for everyone. Peaceful setting, the exteriors are also very well thought out. Romain is very nice. I would not hesitate to recommend the place to come back for a possible event. (Better in real life than in the photos)

This house has the wow factor! Such an amazing space, lots of cool quirky features but didn't feel cluttered. Very relaxing, peaceful, lovely pool, enjoyed the table tennis, football table and the homegrown raspberries! Short walk into the lovely village of Saint-Benoit where we enjoyed the patisserie La Pomme de Pain, and bar/restaurant La Tab' des vin , jardin d'images, and further on to the river for swimming and fishing. Mattieu was a great host, met us when we arrived and gave us some extra local knowledge. Thanks so much for a lovely stay, we'd love to come back again! :)

At Aurélie's in Poitiers from August 1st to 15th, awesome stay! Pool perfect for cooling off. The cat added a special touch. Simple communication, no downsides. Highly recommend this place! 5/5⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our stay at Sandrine’s was great. She had thought about making our kids welcome as well as us. The place is lovely and bigger than the photos show.

Marie's house is beautiful and exactly as described. Lovely pool and gardens and a clean, airy, modern aesthetic inside. The kitchen was a particular highlight with lovely island and all mod cons. Location was quiet and very easy to walk to both supermarket and usual bakery. Not far to bus stop into Poitiers. The house is clearly a family home but as such has all amenities needed for our families. The girls (5 and 3) loved their bedrooms and to pool. Thank you, Marie, for a wonderful stay, and for being so accommodating.

had a great stay with Didier and his wife. What a beautiful house. Spatially set up so you certainly don't have to walk in each other's way. However, it is handy with small children and grandmother who came to visit. A very spacious kitchen with all the comforts. I would just bring my own sharp knives that I missed. Clean rooms, kitchen, baby cot and high chair. Also fun games for the kids. Nice homemade tree fort and a swing! The house is in the countryside and trips to a nice town is usually a 45 minute drive. Don't mind this. The pool was a delight for swimming. Unfortunately, we had less than hoped for. But Didier turned on the heat pump for us and the canopy over it and then it is certainly good to spend time in the pool. Our son has overcome his fear of water here and couldn't get away! What a delight to see! We are extremely grateful to Didier and Betrix for our great stay! Recommended!

We had a great time at Eric and Lydia's. The setting was very nice and the house very comfortable. We had 4 small children and we were able to enjoy ourselves with peace of mind (secure pool, suitable equipment...). We recommend this listing, especially since the hosts were welcoming and available.

Beautiful companion house, perfect for a family weekend. Comfortable sleeping arrangements, only 2 bathrooms with toilet but it's organized. Everything to make games together, with a beautiful dedicated courtyard! Welcome and availability! Thanks for the stay:)
