We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, it exceed expectations! The location was perfect, walkable and close to El Centro and the malecón. The pool/hot tub was great and we loved watching the sunsets from the rooftop. There are great eateries on the dock next to the condo building as well as several within close walking distance. The condo is very clean and comfortable in every way. The setting was quiet and peaceful and we felt very relaxed. Our hosts were great and very responsive. La Paz is a wonderful place and I look forward to staying in this condo again, thank you!

Genesis was a fantastic and responsive host. We could not be more satisfied with our stay! The home is in a great location at the marina and has such a tranquil vibe. The home was ready and very clean at check in time. Very comfortable and had all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Waking up and enjoying the sunset and having breakfast on the outdoor breezy patio was our absolute favorite part of the stay. If you are searching for R&R in a safe and beautiful location close to everything La Paz has to offer, do not hesitate to stay at this Costa Baja gem.

Beautiful condo with all the amenities and unreal balcony that we never got bored of. Watching the sunrise or sunset and the dolphins in the bay every morning never got old. The building is stunning with an amazing rooftop with even better views. Great location on the Malecón with 3 restaurants practically downstairs. The one negative is that the restaurant practically below the unit plays music every night (but shuts off at around 10:30). We would have liked to sleep with the door open for fresh air but needed to keep it closed because of the music which we still heard. Definitely NOT a deal breaker but just something to note. Otherwise the unit was perfect for our 10 day trip and we would happily return!

Great apartment in a great location

Beautiful home. The views are unmatched! We had a wonderful time staying here with our three boys ages 5 and under.

My family and I had a wonderful time. The owner Diana is very kind and attentive. We had non-standard check-in and check-out times, but Diana was very loyal and helped us at every step. A house with an incredible view and a very convenient location. Possibility to park several cars, a cool terrace on the roof with an incredible view of the sunsets. The house is cozy and fully equipped. I recommend it to everyone and I will definitely come back again.

This home is gorgeous!! Our family had a great time. We enjoyed family time around the pool we made a bond fire one night and enjoyed the serenity of the home. The pictures don’t justify its beauty! We will definitely come back!! Thank you! Great and responsive host.

Puerta cortes is my favorite place to stay in La Paz, and this house in Las Colinas is your perfect home base! Couldn’t ask for a better home away from home. Well maintained, access to the beautiful beach club, and minutes away from the best beaches in the area. Can’t wait to return.

House and views were excellent! The house is big, with lots of both private and common areas. It’s furnished with good taste. Back patio has spectacular views, and lots of space. We had the lady who cleans the house also cook for us everyday (with additional, but very affordable price), breakfast lunch and dinner, homemade traditional Mexican food. She (and her daughter in law) served us breakfast and did the cleanup. We had to go with her to the supermarket to do the shopping. Highly recommend to hire this additional/separate service. The pool is not heated. While it was possible to get in, it was a bit chilly.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The host’s communication was exceptional, quickly addressing minor issues with the bath and AC, ensuring our comfort. The house felt like home, with a fantastic location and incredible views. I’d definitely return! Highly recommend!

An excellent place near the pier of La Paz. In my case, I stayed with my family, 2 children and my wife. A very good option

My family has been going to Paraiso Del Mar for a few years now. We love it. It is very accessible to La Paz while it's at a good enough distance that it's very peaceful. Elena's apartment is great, clean, comfortable and with the necessary amenities to make the stay very pleasant. We felt at home. It also has a great view of the bay. Elena sent us information about check in and other condo info in advance, so it all went smoothly and Maude, the property manager, was helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed our holidays!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nea's place! Dolphins and whales jumping in front of you, fantastic! The unit is as described, clean well stocked, we needed nothing. Deck is huge! Liked the bottled water (that staff would deliver, remember to tip). Personal shopper if needed. The pools is nice, 80 in afternoon! Beach is great! Pelicans constantly slamming the surface, baitfish everywhere and I was able to catch fish! Two restaurants beside the Condo. View is unbeatable and food is good. We went to town to eat a few times as well as grabbing prawn etc to make. Went to Malecon for roof views and great food! Prices are similar to Can. Taco stands or markets for epic food at amazing prices! Taco's El Estadio, 4 great fish tacos, ALL the fixings, $9 Can. yes please! This city feels very safe. We were there for Carnaval ( massive 2-3km? of stalls, stages, music food) and didn't know what to expect. Police everywhere! Not oppressive, just present and friendly! Thanks Nea!
