Magdalena was an excellent host. We had an one small issue and her maintenance man Vidal was there within 30 minutes. The house is new than San Telmo markets which is excellent to grab amazing food to eat at home and great restaurants in the area to eat. It is a little more residential than Palemo or Ricoleta but is more Buenos Aires! you get a better feel for the city and its people and the best tango place is in San Telmo. The house is large and grand and just perfectly a little faded, it exactly matches the photos, but it makes it so much what is Buenos Aires. This house is an oasis so some time taking advantage of the house is essential we had drinks on the roof terrace every night for apperitivo. The house and bedrooms with bath make this the perfect place for families or friends travelling as there is space to get away from each other. We had NYE 25 at home with a dinner in the dining room which was perfect for us. We highly recommend.

Perfect Stay in an Amazing Home! We had an incredible time at this Airbnb! The house was absolutely beautiful, with the perfect location in Palermo—one of the best districts in Buenos Aires. The neighborhood is full of great breakfast spots, wine bars, cafes, and amazing restaurants, making it the ideal place to stay. Our host was incredibly friendly and made sure everything was perfect for us. One of our favorite parts of the home was the stunning courtyard with a pool—it was such a peaceful and relaxing spot to unwind after a day of exploring. We truly loved everything about our stay and can’t recommend this place enough. We would definitely come back!

This house is great! The location could not be better - in the middle of Palermo with lots of food/market options within walking distance. The accommodations and facilities were ideal for our trip (10ppl) - we were all very comfortable. The rooftop is a gem! We had amazing bbq there. Mariela was always responsive and willing to help even before the checkin. This stay is super recommended! Thank you, Mariela! We hope to be back soon. <3

A short level walk to Plaza Serrano and many other attractions made the location unbeatable. Plenty of space for the 5 of us including a large private deck and pool. We were very happy here.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at Adrián’s house in Buenos Aires! The house is beautiful and has so much charm. Very spacious for gathering and hanging out with friends. The terrace upstairs was a perfect place to relax and take in the wonderful atmosphere. Adrián was very helpful and resourceful for us as this was our first time in Buenos Aires. Whatever recommendation you’re looking for, he is knowledgeable! Be sure to ask about his friend available to provide private city tours. This part was definitely a highlight of our trip. Also, ask about the best dining experience you’ll ever have! To end our trip, we had a local visit with Adrián to a restaurant where we tried local dishes and drinks. The perfect ending to complete our journey as he again hosted us as if we were longtime friends! Great person and incredible Airbnb. Do not miss out!

Beautiful place!!! We were lucky enough to stay there. Everything is beautiful and extremely clean. The pool is THE BEST!!!, the location is excellent. Andrea is a total genius. We had a few days of tremendous heat and thanks to the pool and the air conditioners they have throughout the house, we didn't even notice. We really can't wait to go back

Our family of 5 had so much fun staying at the oasis. Sherine was so responsive and helpful during the planning pre trip and during our stay. The neighborhood is great for restaurants and shopping. After all our sightseeing it was so refreshing to take a dip in the pool. We are thankful for our time in beautiful Buenos Aires. Hope to be back soon.

My husband and I enjoyed our 3-week stay in this apartment very much. The apartment is modern, clean and very quiet at night. We loved the terrace with its magnificent view of the dike and the sunset over the city! The pool is just fantastic 10/10! The apartment is very well located close to restaurants and grocery stores in Puerto Madero. We enjoyed staying in Puerto Madero, easily accessible on foot or by bus for our visit to Buenos Aires. A big thank you to Stefano, our host! He is wonderful, was very proactive and made our stay easier by responding very quickly to all our messages between the day we booked and the day we left. In addition, we enjoyed the security staff at the bottom of the building who are very nice. In short, great, I recommend it!!

I stayed for a week and the flat had everything I needed: great location in the hip district of Palermo Hollywood, nice and modern furnitures and kitchen, the rooftop was also really nice and I could meet other people from the building. The swimming pool is nice too on a warm afternoon after the morning visits. Would recommend!!

The truth is highly recommended! Good place to stay as there are locals and kiosks nearby and you can manage on foot since the distances are considerable. Also circulation of collectives at all times
