House vacation rentals in La Part-Dieu, Lyon

The stay went very well at Cathy's place. We were hosted very well and the accommodation is as described well equipped, and quiet. I recommend it.

The most cosiest air bnb in Lyon, Ethel’s place was warm, welcoming and made us feel right at home. The location was not far from local busses and trains into main Lyon both for very cheap. It had shops nearby which were cheap and had english speaking staff which made it very easy for us to shop at. The local area was peaceful and felt very safe:) The house had the most wonderful interior with a cosy living space, modern but authentic kitchen and a lovely bathroom with shower and bath. Finally the Pool! the main reason we booked this place was the glamorous pool, was warm as it had a electric cover to keep it warm and it had been really well looked after meaning it was clean and safe. Ethel’s place is definitely somewhere i would return if i visit Lyon again. Ethel it has been lovely and you have been very responsive. :)

Jenna was so accommodating fitting us in at the last minute and waiting for us to arrive late at night. We had a wonderful warm and attentive welcome with a fire waiting for us - much appreciated after a long day’s travels. Lovely touches like water by the beds and things out for breakfast. I’m sorry we were only stopping overnight as it was a beautiful area and looked great for exploring Lyon, whilst being lovely and peaceful . Would definitely recommend. The pool looked great for the summer too!

This Maison was such a delight to stay in! The grounds are so unique, what a wonderful opportunity to live in such a French way - church bells, rooftops, birds, flowers everywhere! The owner and caretaker were always responsive and there for us if we needed anything or had any questions. And we can’t say how much the pool made our stay in the heat wave a pleasure. C'est magnifique!

Great location for getting into central Lyon, 8 minute walk from the station and just a ten minute train to vieux Lyon. The space is great with a modern feel. The garden is beautiful and spacious.

Good welcome from the couple. Neighborhood slightly outside the city center but an efficient public transport service to get to the city center. The furnishings and decoration of the accommodation were of quality and made the stay very pleasant. Photos consistent with the accommodation. Great flexibility for early arrival. Good communication. We had a great time with my wife and 3 children at Cyril's place. Her place is very clean. We were able to enjoy its beautiful garden and private pool. The house matched exactly as in the pictures. Everything was spotless. Thank you Cyril for being very responsive.

The perfect place to stay if you want to visit Lyon, but don’t want to stay in the busy city. It’s als very close to Beaujolais where they make some great wine! Would definitely recommend this place 👌🏽

We rented this place as part of a training course with 8 participants. Unmatched price compared to hotels and the value for money and services offered are much higher. The training room in the accommodation was what made us choose this place, it was perfect. Everyone had their own room and could retreat to work in peace while others enjoyed the backyard. Very well equipped accommodation in terms of bathrooms (5 for the whole accommodation and there are some on every floor), bathrooms in all rooms, 2 fridges and 2 coffee machines. We didn't step on each other's toes, but we were able to have a great time together instead of being alone in our hotel rooms. Our host (who we unfortunately did not have the pleasure of meeting) was always available to answer our questions and is very helpful. I highly recommend this listing and its host.

Perfect! Our group of 5 enjoyed our quick nights stay. Everything is here. A great place. The host obviously takes great pride in the place. Very CLEAN!!!! Quite. Comfortable beds and linens. Maryline was really available and responsive when it was necessary to extend the period. The house is great, refurbished and very well equipped. During our team stay during the Global Industrie lounge allowed us to rest peacefully every night, and the restaurant 301 at the table, on the way, was our daily base with a pleasant team and availability. it was perfect.

Cathy and her husband are attentive and responsive hosts. They offer a tastefully decorated accommodation very well located to discover Lyon and the Pylat mountains among others. We had a pleasant stay thanks to our hosts and their place. We highly recommend this place to stay where we will surely come back.

Jacinta knows how to welcome her guests. She's happy to answer questions. His house has a soul. Pleasant place because in the middle of Lyon you can't imagine this style of dwelling. Right next door a lot of shops, no need to take the car.
