We really appreciate that our dogs were able to enjoy the garden, what is locked gave us the security of being able to keep them loose. We also appreciate the tranquility of the area and privacy. Joana has been very friendly at all times. Very happy.

We had a wonderful week in a cozy house with a large walled garden with flowering plants and a lovely swimming pool. Excellent base for Alicante center, beaches and surrounding towns. Martina is a wonderful hostess ! If you are looking for a very good restaurant in the area: go to Zinc in Mutxamel.

Very spacious house and with many amenities, air conditioning, TV in the rooms, washing machine, dryer,... Large swimming pool and fantastic Jacuzzi. This is a great house for large families.

My family and I had a very pleasant 10 days stay. Upon arrival, the host was very welcoming, the house was clean, and the communication was easy. The house is huge, perfect for accommodating a larger social network, and our 9-person team could comfortably accommodate! The hosts are fantastic, very friendly and helpful, communicative and we had everything! The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and calm, the view from the house is beautiful! The terrace and super pool make your stay more comfortable! All rooms are air-conditioned, the kitchen is perfectly equipped and there are enough bathrooms! THE HOUSE IS PERFECT FOR A STAY WITH FRIENDS. THE BEDROOMS ARE BIG AND SPACIOUS, ALL WITH A DIFFERENT AND SPECTACULAR BATHROOM. THE KITCHEN IS IMMENSE AND WITH ALL THE NECESSARY UTENSILS. THE TERRACE OVERLOOKING THE POOL IS VERY NICE TO BE ALL GATHERED. WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND WE'LL DEFINITELY DO IT AGAIN. THE HOST, ONOFRE, GAVE US ALL KINDS OF FACILITIES, BOTH FOR THE ENTRANCE AND FOR THE EXIT. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT 100%.

Lovely place to stay! Well equipped, spacious and comfortable

Very well rested with a group of 8 people. Large spacious villa with its own grounds. There are many cool locations around the villa within a time radius by car. The host is friendly and helpful. Professional cleaning cleaned the villa perfectly before our arrival. There are very nice beaches in the neighborhood and very good places with delicious food. I wish I could come back again

The house is in a good location, a 15-minute walk to the beach and a supermarket. Beautiful view and very nice terraces. Great stay!

A beautiful peaceful place to stay, with thoughtful amenities to make us feel at home. The view is calm and beautiful from both the roof and front balcony. The swimming pool was great. Beach is about 5-7mins walk. A lovely place for a family getaway!

This villa is stunning, as is the location. There was so much outside space, the mountain walls are beautiful and the sea is near enough on the doorstep. We went in November and there was only one restaurant open which closed mid afternoon, however taxis to the town weren’t too expensive so I’d didn’t cause a problem and was worth this to stay in such a beautiful home and surroundings. Gema was extremely friendly and helpful and very accommodating and was always quick to reply when contacted. Highly recommend.

The house was beautiful, clean and very complete, equipped with really every comfort. Perfect for a family holiday. Outside are several nice seating areas and therefore a nice place in the sun or shade at any time of day. The BBQ was also great. The swimming pool is also nice and well maintained. That you can walk to the beach (3 minutes) completes it all. Fantastic place! Finally, host Johan (and his wife) is extremely friendly, service-oriented, and responsive. Gives you the feeling of being available at any time. Thank you for a wonderful week!

This was our second visit here (we came Easter 2024), so we knew what to expect. As previously, the house was/is fantastically located for beaches, the tram network up and down the coast, and a great base for a simple family holiday. Pablo is a fantastic host, and the house, although not fancy, suited us perfectly. We loved it! P.s the outdoor shower is our favourite!

Our stay at the house was fantastic. The house is super comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation: it has two spacious living rooms, full kitchens, games for children and very comfortable sofas. But what surprised us the most were the beds and pillows, completely new and very comfortable, something unusual in a vacation rental. The owner's attention was excellent from the first moment, providing us with useful information about the area and all the details of the house. He was always attentive and available for any questions. In addition, he was kind enough to immediately send us some AirPods that we forgot in the house, which shows his great attention and kindness. Definitely a fantastic house that we'd love to return to.
