Daniele was a very responsive and helpful host! Location was great with an easy walk to the port and town. On a busier street but cute patio looking out on the water! House was very clean but it is warm in the summer with no AC. Would stay again!

We spent two nights in Grace's place. She is super welcoming and gave us plenty of good advice for visiting the island. The place is tastefully decorated and has everything you'll need, so you can go there without a second thought. The port and the city center are about a 15-minute walk away, which is very pleasant. As a bonus, there is a cute little kitten who came to visit us every night in the outdoor kitchen. He loves human presence and cuddles! Thanks for the two days.

Luca and Nicole were very friendly and responsive. The place was clean, bright and chic. Made good use of the bbq and patio area as well as the handy amenities such as the washing machine and dishwasher. Overall a great stay that is walking distance to the town. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, close to everything, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained. The hostesses were incredibly helpful, providing me with a map and excellent recommendations for the best beaches and restaurants in the area. Their attention to detail and hospitality really made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay!

The stay was simply perfect. The apartment was spacious, very clean and carefully furnished, immersed in a quiet area, ideal for relaxing. At the same time, the location is strategic: in just 10 minutes you can easily reach the center of La Maddalena. Alice was an exceptional host: kind, welcoming and always available for anything you might need or information. Thanks to his hospitality, we immediately felt at home. Highly recommended for those who want to discover the jewel that La Maddalena is, enjoying an authentic and relaxing experience.

Serena’s place was as expected from the listing. It is perfect for 2 adults, we didn’t need the sofa bed. It is easily walkable in to the centre of La Maddalena, and from 2 supermarkets(as well as a fantastic fresh pasta shop) The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed to eat, drink and cook(we were there for a week, and ate in 4 nights out of 7) The balcony is small, but the view is fabulous As listed, it is 3 flights up, so not ideal for someone with dodgy knees or shortness of breath, and carrying the suitcases up is a bit of a chore(but we were aware of it before we booked) The host and her colleagues were friendly, helpful and responsive La Maddalena and its beaches are absolutely gorgeous- highly recommended

The accommodation was great. If you are looking for a large and well-equipped apartment with a terrace, this is the place for you. The kitchen is particularly well equipped. It makes sense to have a car to reach the accommodation. Wifi is not available, we would have liked this. We had a great stay and the communication was great - thank you very much.

We had an unbelievable 5 night stay at Manu's place May 2025. The home is spacious, bright, and conveniently located, walking distance to many restaurants, grocery and shopping. 15 min drive to Caprera Island. Great home base to explore the archipelago by day, then be able to return home, freshen up and walk to dinner. The location can't be beat. Lots of free street parking in the area.

Really great apartment - functional, beautiful views, easy access to the many beaches. Highly recommended.

We are very happy that we chose to stay at Andrea's place. He is an exellent and proactive host, from leaving local wine and fresh fruits for us in the kitchen to explaning how everithing works and recomending places in the area. We enjoyed the hot tub and the terrace a lot. the dishwasher was super nice to have too. The location was exellent, just a 5 minute drive from a mall that has anything you will need. 15-30 minute drive from many beaches. and also quite close to the old center of Olbia. We are 2 adults and 3 kids and its was enought space for all to be confortable for a few days. I will 100% recomend it.

We really liked the apartment, very central and with everything available. It allowed us to enjoy the village of Maddalena to the fullest. The air conditioning system worked very well (very important). The complete and essential decor, pots and dishes in abundance, spacious and functionally furnished bedrooms. The terrace is very large with partial views of the port (but which for us was not important) with a large table and chairs to eat outdoors. It overlooks a street with moderate traffic. There is no parking but we were able to use the free public parking almost always, with a walk back through the country always very pleasant. Alternatively, paid parking for 1 euro per hour. Communication with the owners was great and fast, we received all the answers to our questions of ordinary administration. I also recommend sailing trips!

We had a great time at Luigi's beautiful house. It was very spacious and had everything you need. The huge patio was amazing and literally stepped strait onto the swimming pool. It was spotless and comfortable. There were 5 of us 4 adults and a child. The beach was a 5-minute walk. 5 minutes to a well-stocked supermarket. The town centre was 5 minutes away. We took up Luigi's recommendation's of restaurants and places to eat and were not disappointed every one was exactly as he had described. Great host very helpful and responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend and if I return to Paula I would definitely stay again.

Our accommodation was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. It was peaceful and allowed us to enjoy a quiet time. Jessica and Alessandro were on hand if required. The recommendation booklet was thoughtful and well planned, providing great tips. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Palau.

Quiet location but still within walking distance of beautiful beaches, the harbor and various restaurants. lovely terrace where you sit privately with beautiful flowers and large living room. In the living room, there is also a folding bed that is in good condition. Furthermore, a large bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Always a parking space available. Within walking distance is a Despar, less than 10 minutes walk. highly recommended!

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

Excellent, the area is perfect, the view is perfect, everything that is included with the room is incredible (sauna, pool, spa etc), the bed, the kitchen everything was perfect. Claudio is a great co-host, he offered us fresh eggs one morning, he is a good person and we recommend this accommodation!
