Beachfront vacation rentals in La Janda

This apartment is great to spend a few days, we were 2 couples and we didn't miss anything. You can park the car inside, it is a few minutes walk from the main promenade of El Palmar, far enough away from the noise. Correct beds, comfortable and large sofa for 4, kitchen with everything you need, beach towels, umbrella, surfboards…Ana and her husband of 10, left us several things for reception and in the blackout, they left us the generator to be able to cook and so on. Highly recommended, we will be back!

Great stay - even during the Euro-electric power outage. Quick bus #7 to old city, and restaurants surrounding near the apartment. Right on the beach. View is the other direction, but there's a bar with a terrace immediately down stairs. Quiet and restful inside. Nice fixtures, everything works.

What a lovely property in a fabulous location, very well equipped, comfortable beds. The weather was amazing, two beach clubs within 5 mins, enjoyed all that the location had to offer. Sue was a delightful, very pro active nothing was too much trouble . My favourite part was the amazing roof terrace with view of the sea, chilling on the huge sofas in the sun was delightful. Thanks so much Sue we will be back.

We chose this place for its terrace and great view! We weren't disappointed! What a view! What better way to relax and spend a wonderful holiday than to see the sea and hear the sound of waves. That's what we're looking for. Small downside: you can still hear the noise from the road at the back.

We were 6 adults and 3 small children. Great house for the extended family. Jenna provided beds for the 2 smallest, and also high chair. Great location within walking distance to restaurants and the city. A bit far from the airport in Malaga, about 1 hour by car. Lars. Norway.

Julia and Nick's property is a wonderful spot for a holiday getaway. Our group of five (four adults and a six-year-old) spent a week there, and we had an incredible experience. The house is roomy, immaculate, and equipped with everything you might need. The pool’s warm water was perfect, and we spent countless hours swimming and relaxing in it. Although the nearest beach wasn't the best, there are several lovely beaches within a short drive—some just 10 minutes away, others about 30 minutes. The location is central to several coastal towns that are well worth exploring. These towns have beautiful beaches and offer delicious, comforting food. Julia and Nick are fantastic hosts—very helpful and always attentive. They reached out to us about a week before our arrival, provided all the details we needed, and promptly answered all our questions. Thank you, Julia and Nick, for sharing your wonderful home and for being such gracious hosts.

Perfect accommodation, the house is amazing, clean, new, very well equipped and on top of that Beatriz is a very good host, attentive to us at all times. The terrace and pool are the best part of the house.

This is our second stay in the Beachhouse. We fell in love with the place on our first visit and had to come back. It’s so peaceful here, the house is really well equipped with anything you might need- even a hand pump to blow up the kids pool toys. We all slept so well, loved the pool, this year we made use of the promenade for long walks. A perfect spot to relax and be able to pop in and out of the beautiful town of estepona.

We stayed for two weeks over Christmas with our three teenage boys. We all loved it! The apartment is beautiful with a gorgeous view of the sea from the big balcony and the roof top terrace. Breathtaking. With three active boys we utilized the amenities alot. We playes tennis and padel every day (often a few times a day 😊) and used the gym. We took wonderful walks along the beach on the great boardwalk that stretches along the coast for miles. A dip in the ocean on Christmas was a must! The Sonora restaurant on the beach just in front of the condominium was a fab place for a drink, lunch, coffee. Loved it! It was also just a short drive to explore towns like Puerto Banus, Marbella as well as nearby hikes in the mountains. Thank you so much for a lovely stay! We’ll be back! ☀️

We had a lovely stay. Apartment was clean and spacious. Large balcony area and the pool is great, never too busy, decent sun loungers and umbrellas. There is a large allocated parking space in the garage, much wider than you would expect, easily big enough for a large SUV, although you can also park on the street; except for Wednesdays as it is market day between 0700-1600 hours. If you are interested then the gym consists of two rooms, one with two benches and two barbells/rack. There are a selection of 20kg, 10kg, 5kg and 2.5kg olympic weight plates, around 140kg total. Selection of dumbbells 5kg, 7.5kg, 10kg, 15kg. The other room consists of cardio such as exercise bikes and cross trainers. If you need anything more then Las Mesas is a 2 minute walk across the park and has a large indoor and outdoor gym which you can get a day pass to for €9.80. Overall, this is a great place to stay, there is some construction going on but didn’t bother us and would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful holiday here. The house was perfect for our needs. The solid blinds were ideal for sleeping children and it was great having the roof terrace for hanging out washing. The beach and the pool were both about a minute’s walk away. The big pool was big and deep and cool and the baby pool was the perfect depth to let our 1 year old free to wade around- she loved it. The nearest beach had well-won pebbles and shells that were like treasure and it was great for swimming- the water got deep quickly. The further beaches had finer sand and were also ideal for swimming and we made good use of the local beach cafe.

An apartment in the sea, literally. Very new and careful, with everything you need to enjoy a few days by the sea. All the services and details, we didn't lack anything. We will definitely repeat.

Very spacious one bedroomed Apt located beachfront , overlooking the pool and beach. Two Chiringitos nearby and walking distance to nearby port with lots of restaurants. Equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. Excellent and responsive host

It was a beautiful base to see the surrounding area. Very spacious with a large enclosed balcony, which could be opened which served as an additional lounge and breakfast room. From there we had great ocean views. The place was spotlessly clean, in pretty garden grounds with a nice looking swimming pool, but being winter time we did not use it. There is access from there through a gate to the ocean and walks. The spacious underground car park with a direct lift to the apartment was very convenient.. The host, Oliver was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions about the property or restaurant tips etc . Definitely recommend as a base for the many attractive and interesting visits in the area.

This unit was located on a quiet stretch of beach with easy access to restaurants and beautiful walkway along the beach. Family friendly area and away from the hustle and bustle of town.

Walter is a wonderful and accommodating host. His communication was clear and efficient and kind. We did self check in and it was so easy. The apt was perfect for 2 people for our 1 night stay and we would have loved to stay longer, and will definitely be back. Walter has upgraded the unit to include usb charging ports and a nice towel heating rack in the bathroom. Very cool!
