Vacation rentals with beach access in La Garita

The apartment was exactly as described. Well kept, clean, and equipped with all the amenities. I never felt like I was missing anything from home. The hosts were very polite and super responsive! Providing recommendations, information and assistance when needed. The location is perfect, walking to prominent shopping centers, food, etc. Less than a block from the beach. The area is a little noisy, however, any location along Las Canteras Beach would be the same. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. Our holiday was wonderful!

Well, what shall i say....was totally all ok! First of all, Glenn is a very nice person and very helpful! The check-in was totally uncomplicated (how Glenn is). If you need something, he will answer you directly and help. The apartment itself was very clean, the location and the large terrrace incredible. Would always book again! So, thanks Glenn for your hospitality!

Really clean and looked just like photos, host is really kind, friendly and helpful. I felt right at home and I had my privacy even on the balcony! I loved this listing and would definitely recommend.

Perfect stay with fantastic host, clean apartment in a friendly area, local town El Doctoral has Carrefoure supermarket which has everything you need, local restaurants are friendly would recommend especially El Rincón de Pozo, this is the best location to be away from busy tourist sections but also close to beaches (recomended hire vehicle), would 100% return visit, thank you again H M.

Firstly I need to express how very helpful Lina was. She went above and beyond, I had a bit of an issue and she never made me feel like I was bothering her and was so quick to respond and help. The apartment is exactly as described in a brilliant location..everything right at the doorstep. couldn't find nicer hosts if I tried.

A great starting point for an active life! Good space to park in the street. Good restaurants nearby. It was sufficiently spacious for 4 adults, but would have been cramped and inconvenient if we had been more guests. The bathroom in (literally) the master bedroom was "creative," and not quite convenient (tub in the bedroom). But clean and tidy, with large fridge/freezer! For us mountain goats, it was ideal!

We felt at home. The apartment was very luxuriously equipped, nicely and stylishly furnished. The equipment was thought of as a guest, so we found everything necessary such as toilet paper, spices and sunscreen and very good equipment with cozy towels, etc. We particularly enjoyed the fully automatic coffee machine and the hot air fryer. The beds were very comfortable and my back pain was conjured away. The well-equipped bathroom with the double shower and the extra toilet was also special. The terrace has a nice view over the mountains and was very cozy, clean and quiet. We enjoyed the pool landscape and was not heavily visited, often we were alone there. The parking garage was very convenient and easy to reach by elevator. Everything was tipitopi clean and wonderful. We'll be happy to come back. Thank you so much Martine for your trust.

Thank you to Isora for a wonderful stay at her apartment. It is very close to the beach at Las Palmas, and also many restaurants and grocery stores. Use of the underground parking space was a huge advantage, since street parking is difficult to find. The 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom layout was perfect for our 3 adult family, and the eat-in kitchen with living room combination was the perfect size for our family getaway. Thanks again, Isora, for your hospitality, and we hope to see you again!

A beautiful place to stay that I highly recommend. Lots of beautiful outdoor areas, beautifully decorated, very well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The communication with Bruno was good. If you're allergic to cats, the place isn't anything. If you love cats, the apartment is perfect, because there is such a "house cat" 😊

The apartment was as shown on the pictures. We felt very welcome. Since as in the apartment complex have many friends, it was of course very pleasant for us. What was a small drawback is that there was no oven to quickly make a pizza, for example, but that was easy to bridge. All in all, we will be happy to come back!!!!

Our host, Carmen arranged a taxi from the airport for us, and even though it was quite late in the evening, she was there at the apartment to meet us with her husband Juan. Carmen had left a few basic groceries in the apartment for us (bread, cheese, milk) and a couple of cold beers in the fridge which were most welcome after a long journey! The apartment has a fantastic outlook over well kept grounds and the pool and you could hear the sound of the waves on the beach nearby from the terrace. Apartment is very clean and comfortable and very well equipped. Everything works and it has extremely fast internet There is a bus stop less than five minutes walk from the property with regular buses into the town of Maspalomas. Carmen was the perfect host, always very helpful and answered any emails or messages about any questions we had, very quickly. We would definitely stay here again !!

We were very warmly received and introduced to the complex within which the apartment is located, The equipment of the apartment is very good, modern and well maintained and you can feed yourself in the modern kitchen. The complex itself is great, you look at the central pool from the terrace, which also conveys a great flair in the evening. You can get to the beach (50m) very quickly. Nearby is a Canarian restaurant, as well as other restaurants and supermarkets about 1 km away (can easily be reached via a walk on the promenade). There is also a bus, but car is recommended for activities/shopping.

A beautiful, cozily furnished and well located place to stay. The beach is right around the corner , and you can also take nice walks on the promenade. Silvia has always been easily accessible and helped us immediately with everything. Thanks for the great time!

Orlando was always there for us and always responded quickly. He's a fantastic host! The apartment has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The parking is a real bonus, and the apartment is so lovely and well kept. I just thought I'd mention that it might be nice to move the TV from the top extra room downstairs.

Beautiful apartment with terrace and great sea views. Fully modern amenities. The second room with the single beds is in the sloping roof. In a beautiful quiet complex with a large pool and some sunbeds and parasols. (Limited number). Direct access to the beach via some steps. Sandy beach with some stones. We can recommend the apartment

Marta’s home in PUERTO RICO is the idealistic location for a calm, relaxing holiday. The villa is fully equipped with all the essentials and furnished in a modern homely style. The entire ground floor is open and spacious with the upstairs bedrooms cosy, and bathrooms perfect and clean. Out the rear, the laundry room is equipped with all the essentials to keep clothes cleaned and dried so you won’t have to bring as much luggage. Out the front, the front patio is perfect for morning coffees and evening meals with full sun until sunset. The gardens are beautifully maintained and the pool is in the perfect location for sun all day long. The beach, a spar, ice cream shop, and pool/beach essentials shop are just across the street making the location incredibly convenient for couples and families with young children. I would highly recommend for any small families or couples to try Marta’s villa Will be definitely returning to Martas Home
