Lovely townhouse with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The listing was completed in summer 2020, and is a very high standard. It is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Large rooftop terrace with a small private pool. Two parking spaces in the basement with direct access to the apartment. Lovely communal garden facility with two communal pools with salt water as well as a children's pool. Walking distance to beach, supermarket, restaurants and small town of La Cala de Mijas.

One week spent here on a family holiday with toddler and we felt right at home with everything we required being in the villa from towels, high chair, travel cot, coffee pods etc therefore we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay throughout our visit I cannot pick any faults. The villa itself is beautifully decorated inside and out, very clean and in a peaceful, safe location with excellent views. Exactly as pictures describe. We made use of the free shuttle bus provided by the hotel across the road down to the bottom of the street/train station to walk to surrounding areas and back up again which was very useful. Ali provided lots of information prior to our stay and after, and responded to my query during therefore no issues with communication. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would come back in the future! Thank you Ali!

Very good situation, a few meters from the beach by a pedestrian access. the house had everything you need to spend a few relaxing days both on the beach and in the apartment itself. we went with a dog and the garden is a plus, it also has direct access to the community pool. lana nos indicaciones de playa cercaas para peros que sono really bien. i recommend 100%.
