The equipment also offers everything you need for self-catering. The communication with the host was perfect and you proactively get all the important information and good tips for the area.

I had a lovely stay at Maria's apartment, it is beautifully kept, clean and modern with everything I needed. It's in a great location for the city and the beach. Maria was a fabulous host and was really helpful. I'd really recommend staying here for your trip.

A very pleasant stay for a bachelor party. Frederic was always very attentive to everything, kind and helpful, he even adapted the sofa for one night when there were more people. A phenomenal location to spend a few days both in the house and in the pleasant surroundings that surround it. Close to natural areas to enjoy and very nice villages. We will definitely be back.

It is evident that the Rachel has put in a lot of effort to make the house cosy, which has been accomplished quite well. You do not have the feeling of being in a rental home. Being next to San Roc square you feel the hustle and bustle of the city Rachel was very proactive and send directions and instructions in good time before arrival. And also reached out after arrival to her if everything was as expected. We had some nice days at the house and can only recommend the place.

The stay was great! The apartment is clean, cozy, with high-quality renovation and high-quality appliances. It has a comfortable kitchen with everything you need for a long stay. Clean and tidy bathroom. The apartment has enough wardrobes for storing clothes and things. Comfortable bed, enough towels. There is an air conditioning and heating system. It is a quiet and peaceful place for a pleasant rest. Pili and Paco are always kind and ready to help, for which we are very grateful to them!🤗

This beachside apartment was perfect for our family stay in Valencia. It was just a short walk to the beach and located in a peaceful, relaxed neighborhood. The apartment was well-equipped for kids, with thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable and stress-free. We especially appreciated the spacious layout and the safe, welcoming atmosphere. We enjoyed staying at Fran's place over the holidays. The location is very walkable to most of Valencia's key attractions in the city center with plenty of nearby options for shopping and dining. The apartment was very comfortable and Fran very helpful in providing an early check-in time and answering questions. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing time here! The house isn’t too big, but it’s perfectly suited for six people and feels incredibly cozy. The fireplace kept the living room wonderfully warm, and the electric heaters were excellent in the bedrooms. The spacious garden was a true highlight – our dog had a fantastic time exploring, and with everything securely fenced, we could let her roam freely. A big thank you to Paula for the thoughtful basket of homegrown fruit and the bottle of wine – such a lovely touch!

Francisco was a super host. We had a flight delay and he helped us access the apt late and even set us up with a dinner reservation next door! Always responsive, friendly, great local recommendations. Apartment is very well equipped with plenty of everything you need. So nice to have a washer and dryer! Three bedrooms, great for families. Very walkable to many locations. Thank you Francisco!
