We had a lovely stay at Steven's little house: very clean, functional, well-equipped and well-heated. The environment is really conducive to hiking and various walks. Steven is very responsive and communication was excellent! I would highly recommend it.

Small independent studio in a quiet area, perfect for a short stay not far from the ocean! The hospitality was excellent, and the accommodation was very well equipped and very pleasant to stay in with its independent entrance. We can only recommend and we will be happy to come back!

Always a pleasure to stay at Laurent's in St Lyphard. 2nd visit, this time with our granddaughter who loved her pretty room at the top of the stairs. The environment and the proximity of the marsh allowed us to take beautiful walks both on land and on the water. Everything was perfect! Thank you to our hosts.

The place is very nice, the different areas, pool, garden, spa, games room… allow you to enjoy the place to the fullest. The studio was well-equipped and spacious. We recommend it!

The house is top equipped. Very large, beautiful terrace. The path to the supermarket can also be reached within walking distance in 10 minutes. Restaurants nearby, 5 min. Walk to the beach. Everything great, would book again anytime! We felt very comfortable.

Very pleasant stay in the accommodation. The apartment is in a quiet, family residence. The property is small but still functional with a baby (even if the stairs are a little steep ). Hélène is a very responsive and welcoming host. Very good location in Batz. You can get everywhere on foot. We'd love to come back.

A cozy, comfortable and welcoming accommodation, everything was very well organized, the bedding impeccable, the well-equipped kitchen, the parking space is next door. The Garden is nice for lunch or sunbathing. The sea is a 10 minute walk,... and hosts of rare kindness and availability. A very good place to stay.

Stephanie's house is bright, spacious and very well equipped. The gardens are private and secure for young children. The pool is a real asset .Stephanie is a great host, available and flexible. Surrounding area is cycle friendly with lots to see.

Good place in a good location Sylvain is a very responsive host. The lockbox allows you to be self-contained on check in and check out times. We therefore recommend this accommodation.

Very nice cottage for a weekend for families or groups of friends. Large spaces with all the amenities, not to mention foosball, billiards and a cinema room. We had a great time.

We had a great weekend with the family! There were 13 of us including 5 children and everyone was happy in terms of room and amenities. The house is very spacious and the garden is huge. I didn't dare show the photos to the children beforehand for fear that they would be disappointed if the trampoline was not set up... but it was there and kept them busy for hours while we enjoyed the first warmth of April on the terrace. Great to have the bikes available exactly as specified in the description. Special mention also for the person who welcomed us, us both for their proactivity and kindness on arrival.

A big thank you to these hosts for the flexibility of our departure time! Very good stay at Samuel and Frédérique's house. Renovated house with lovely interior design. We enjoyed the location of the place as well as its exterior. The room on the street side is an old garage and the proximity to the window with the road prevents opening to ventilate the room and traffic noise can sometimes be inconvenient. Negatives: the "main" entrance that is through a room is quite disturbing, and the house gate that does not lock and must be used in manual mode, that's a shame.

Very clean house, tastefully furnished and quality materials. The photos perfectly reflect reality. Nice host and responds quickly to messages. Clear instructions with welcome booklet to enjoy the local environment. We'll be happy to stay there again.
