House vacation rentals in La Alpujarra

We really loved our stay at this place. It's a cute mini-house hidden away between other cute houses a little bit away from the street, and has a lovely garden AND upstairs balcony. This makes it a very quiet and peaceful place, where one can really find some rest. The house is well equipped and has all one needs for cooking etc. Can highly recommend it!

A great stay in this house, everything is there for a good vacation. Very nice pool, relaxing jacuzzi, nice view in a quiet area. Katia welcomed us and Victor is always responsive to messages. The coast is steep indeed but Fred, who is athletic, did it without problem (personally, I preferred to consider the car). Everything was perfect. We could consider coming back without any problems.

The apartment is in a very nice park, well maintained, away from the chaos of downtown Nerja. The terrace on which you can eat offers a beautiful view. We found everything you need in the house. Everything is well kept and clean.

Had a wonderful week there as a group of 12 for my son's 30th birthday. Everything was as advertised and we had a lot of quality time together. Recommend Cara's Private chef if you have any celebrations, we had a beautiful 4 course meal booked by her in the villa which made the time even more special. Carlos was very responsive and I can't praise the villa enough

Very nice accommodation for relaxing as a couple. Very well appointed. The indoor court with its private pool is a treat.

We had a lovely stay, despite the torrential rain for most of our visit (March). The house is comfy and we loved the wood-burning stove. The kitchen was great and very well kitted out, and we did a lot of cooking with local produce. The outside area was beautiful, mountains as backdrop, and a huge garden with different areas to sit and enjoy the views and wildlife. Even had orange trees. The house is about 3km from Orgiva, along a very winding road. We were glad it was still daylight when we first arrived, to help find it. Thanks for a lovely stay. I'd love to come back in better weather to really enjoy the pool and do more of the local walks.

Everything's great, a charming house in a very nice and quiet village. Spectacular views of the mountains. The house is very cozy, clean and Elena is very kind. He sent us very good recommendations with things to do around. We loved it!

A lovely, well equipped and comfortable place to spend a week! Accommodation has every thing you could ask for and the area is ideal for a relaxing stay close enough to the action not to feel isolated but still just a short walk into central Nerja or Burriana beach. Fabulous pool and the whole complex was well maintained and scrupulously clean and tidy. The booking process and arrival instructions were all really straightforward and Torben is a thoughtful and efficient host. Recommended!

Joses place was great for our trip to nerja. Well equipped and spotlessly clean, in a nice quiet location. Jose was on hand for any local advice and tips, he even let us know about a local festival. Highly recommended

The location right on the sea is simply fantastic and the bungalow has everything you need. We really enjoyed it and it was just nice for the children!

There were six of us at the property. It is a super spacious villa, you have more than enough space. Beautiful pool, nice outdoor seating and a small garden. Nothing is visible from the outside, so you have a relaxed private sphere. Highly recommended is a rental car. Without it, we would have been stuck quite quickly for shopping, as the villa is a long way uphill. But the beach and town are also within walking distance. Overall super recommended and a great place to stay.

Casablanca 38 is a traditional Spanish house with everything you need for a family holiday. The roof terrace is so lovely and a great sunbathing spot. The complex is beautiful and very quiet. It is a 25 min walk to the centre of Nerja but there are buses every hour for 1 euro. The walk to the beach is not for anyone with any walking difficulties not even on the new path near Royal Palm, you need to be quite fit to walk these routes but we enjoyed them! It is only 10 mins walk to a large supermarket where you can everything you need. James and Yvonne who work for Oasis Properties are very helpful - nothing is too much trouble. We have already booked to return to the same complex next year.

Carmen’s house is the best Airbnb our family has ever stayed in. Not only is it a gorgeous home, but it was also well stocked and immaculately clean. Carmen was so kind and easy to communicate with. Prior to our arrival, she suggested a few places to see a flamenco show so we could make reservations in advance. When we arrived, she met us at her place, gave us instructions on how to use everything, and provided us with maps and information on how to travel throughout Granada. She even provided us with fruit from one of her trees, milk, cereal, snacks, coffee, tea, and some other items. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! We would definitely stay at Carmen’s house again.

We greatly enjoyed the beautiful White House! Due to the cold outside, it was wonderful to turn on the fireplace. There was plenty of wood for this, really great. In addition, the rooms could be heated via a radiator if necessary. There was also an abundance of provisions and herbs, which we were allowed to use if desired. We haven't experienced anything like this! Furthermore, a lovely cozy house, a beautiful area and an attentive host!

This place was perfect for our family since our older sons could have the first floor with two bedrooms and a bath. On the second floor there was a beautiful living room area with a second bedroom and bathroom for the parents. The third floor had a kitchen with large windows and a magnificent view of Alhambra. The outdoor patio on the third floor is where we spent most of our time in the evenings and mornings.

I've never had a vacation home like this! I was picked up at a meeting point, as the road takes some getting used to the first time. I was warmly greeted and guided through the house. Unique: from food to cotton swabs. Everything there!!!!! On the terrace, a fantastic view over the mountains! Nicky and her husband are always available. Thank you very much! Place was outstanding! We had such a good time - area fantastic. The home was lovely, outstanding views, beautiful pool area, outside dining area also with incredible view. We loved it there and had a fabulous time in La Herradua. Great beach community. Patricia’s responsiveness was appreciated as were her spot on suggestions! Read her book on the place - super helpful ! Can’t wait to return !

Great apartment in central Órgiva within a small gated community Claudio met us at the gate and gave us a tour of the apartment and facilities Apartment was spotless and very warm and comfortable Basic kitchen facilities but enough to cook a meal! Swimming pool was heated and available for a small charge Large parking area on site Overall great value for money and a very welcoming host!

The house is in a great location in the village, close to the main square and all the shops needed. It's been renovated to a very high standard and is well equipped, particularly the kitchen. Steven was very helpful in his recommendations of places to visit and eat.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was really spacious with great outdoor spaces. It was very safe for our two young children as it was secured with a gate. There was plenty of space for our stroller, paddling pool etc. The location was really central. A 10/15 walk to Burriana Beach in one direction and the old town and Balcon in the other(although uphill on the way home from the beach). Anthony was very responsive and answered all our questions. He even left milk in the house for us when we arrived as I had mentioned we would need it for the baby. There was a national power outage when we were there and Penny called over to check we were OK and to give us candles and a torch. Our only comment is perhaps to have additionally cutlery and some big serving bowls. But it had everything else we needed for our 3 week stay and was clean and comfortable.

We loved our stay at Steven's place. It was very comfortable and home-like, awesome location (close to the beach, great view) and Steven was very responsive to any question we had. There were small things to make the stay extra enjoyable for a family- beach towels, chairs, umbrella, beach toys- not expected, just nice to have! We would love to stay again if we have the chance!
