Taking advantage of the privileged location and view, the guest is in permanent contact with the river and the vineyard. The single house, duplex, has a common room on the 1st floor equipped with a complete Kitchenette, TV and Wi-Fi. With a privileged location in the historic heart, just 50 meters from the Plaza Mayor and 120 meters from the Castle or the Cathedral. Each room has a 150cm double bed., TV. Air conditioning/heating and its own bathroom with shower. It is completed with a fully equipped kitchen, balcony and a beautiful glazed viewpoint from the early 20th century.
