We want your experience here to be one of total connection with nature. After all, we are located in an area of native vegetation, completely integrated with the natural environment around us.
Therefore, we ask for your attention to some important precautions:
Keep doors and windows closed whenever you are not in the room.
Avoid leaving food exposed or food scraps, as this can attract small animals.
Although we have never had any incidents, it is important to remember that we are in an area where there may be wild and possibly venomous animals.
These precautions ensure both your safety and respect for the natural habitat that surrounds us.

Important:
As we are in the dry season, the fireplace will not be available temporarily, as a preventive measure against fires. This is a decision made based on the safety of guests, the property, and the surrounding vegetation.

IMPORTANT NOTICE – MANDATORY GUEST IDENTIFICATION
To ensure everyone's safety, control access to the place and the proper functioning of the accommodation, it is mandatory to send the official photo ID of ALL guests who will stay in the unit.
📌 Documentation must be sent prior to arrival, preferably through the platform where the reservation was made (Airbnb), so that we can release access and inform our local staff.

We thank you for choosing the Vale dos Ipês for your stay. We would like to reinforce that our environment is aimed at rest and tranquility, being ideal for those looking for moments of peace and relaxation. We do not allow parties or events that may cause agitation or discomfort to other guests and neighbors. The sound must be kept in volume that can be heard only within its unit, we have a quiet time: 10pm to 9 o'clock, non-compliance with the rules will result in the application of a fine in the amount of R$500.00.
In addition, it is important to note that access to the development is controlled, and only authorized guests can enter. To ensure security and order, we ask that you strictly follow the entry rules and do not use the control of the main gate to release people not registered in the reservation.
