Weekend House Saiko offers luxury in spacious cabins set amid Lake Saiko’s tranquil nature. Cabins A–E span 3,500㎡; F and G have their own 4,000㎡ plot. Each cabin exceeds 100㎡, ensuring guests a private, relaxing retreat.
All cabins have a wood stove, underfloor heating, and a full kitchen. On your private deck, unwind in a hammock, BBQ with lake and forest views, enjoy morning coffee to birdsong, and stargaze at night. Escape city life—the perfect place to unplug and refresh in peaceful nature.

Our cabins are surrounded by peaceful nature — a space for relaxation and calm. Please enjoy the beautiful scenery, soothing sounds of the forest, and opportunities for new experiences.
For this reason, our place may not be suitable for those who love to party, dislike insects, or require a TV. While we maintain the cottages carefully, they are not new buildings, so some signs of age may be visible. Thank you for your understanding.

Full refund is available up to 5 days (120 hours) before the check-in date.
We recommend arriving by car. Each cottage has free outdoor parking.
You may also come by train to Kawaguchiko Station and transfer to a local bus (*limited service available).
*During winter (December–March), snow and icy roads are possible, so snow tires or tire chains are required.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property.
You may use the BBQ grill on the terrace, but please handle fire carefully, especially during dry seasons to prevent fire hazards.
Please supervise children at all times, especially near the wood stove, bathroom, stairs, and outdoor areas.
Pets are allowed only in Cabin E & F.
Please enjoy a peaceful evening after 9:00 PM.
Avoid loud conversations, music, fireworks, and any other activities that may disturb neighbors.
Please drink responsibly.
Separate and dispose of trash according to the manual provided at the property.
After use, please return items to their original places.
-We provide bath towels and face towels, but pajamas and yukata are not available.
-You may leave used linens on the beds at checkout.
-No cleaning or towel replacement is provided during your stay.

Just 90 minutes from central Tokyo, Lake Saiko sits 900 meters above sea level and offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by untouched nature. With minimal commercial development, the area retains its natural beauty—on a lakeside stroll, enjoy breathtaking views of Mount Fuji, the lush Aokigahara Forest, and the lake’s cobalt-blue waters. Wildlife such as deer and Japanese serows can sometimes be seen nearby.
Lake Saiko is famous for the rediscovery of the once-extinct Kunimasu trout. To protect its rich ecosystem, motorboats are not allowed, so the calm, mirror-like waters are perfect for fishing, kayaking, or stand-up paddleboarding.
