All bedrooms have their own air-conditioning unit for your comfort.
To keep our base rate affordable for everyone, the AC in the living room, dining area, and kitchen is not included in the standard rate, as some guests prefer natural ventilation.
If you’d like the entire house fully air-conditioned, we can activate the extra units as an optional add-on for ₱600 per night, payable upon arrival.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome 🐾 A one-time pet fee of ₱400 per pet for the entire stay applies. If you’re not yet sure whether you’ll be bringing a pet, you may inform us later or settle the fee upon arrival.

For groups exceeding the DECLARED number of guests, an additional ₱400 per guest per night applies.
