Relax at this beachy seaside home, with coastal decor and modern touches close to a beautiful beach and famous pub.

The house is situated in the seaside village of Morfa Nefyn, close to a 27-hole Championship Golf Course and many wonderful beaches.

There are 3 pubs within walking distance and a very well stocked shop for anything you need.

Check in is from 16.00 on the day of arrival. Check out is 10.00am, the cleaners will arrive from 10.00am.

The space
The house sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms - Bed 1 is downstairs with a king size bed and clothes hanging space. Then there are 2 further twin bedrooms, one downstairs, one upstairs.

There are two bathrooms; downstairs shower room with a rain shower, the second bathroom upstairs has a bath.

The house has an open plan living and dining space, great for socialising. A dining table for 6 guests, a living area with 2 sofas, comfy cushions, kitchen bar with bar stools and a log burner for cosy evenings in.

There is a fabulous garden to the rear with lavender and rosemary bushes and coastal themed touches. In the summer you will have use of a dining table and chairs for 6. You will see lots of butterflies and birds nesting in the box depending on the season. The garden is a huge sun trap and very private.

There is a small fire pit in the garden available for your use to toast marshmallows as the sun goes down. It is easy to purchase logs for the log burner. These are available at the garage shop, about 1 minute walk away.

The kitchen is well equipped with the usual things, plus a dishwasher, Nespresso Vertuo pod coffee machine and microwave oven. The local shops are very well stocked for all supplies.

Books and games can be found in the living area.

WiFi is available throughout the house.

The TV has a good selection of channels plus Netflix etc. (bring your log in details).

Towels are left out for guests. Plus a hand towel for the bathroom.

The upstairs twin bedroom has a pitched/sloping ceiling, ideal for children but perfectly fine for adults too. As long as you’re not really tall!

There is complimentary shower gel in the shower.

Parking is available for one car on the drive, or two cars if you squeeze right up.

Roadside parking is available.

Guest access
The house has key box entry, a code and details of where to find the key box will be provided before your arrival, usually sent about an hour before arrival.

You will have use of the entire house and garden for the duration of your stay.

There is parking for one car on the drive, or two cars if you park close together.

Otherwise free on street parking is available outside the house and all along the road.

The fridge in the kitchen is a standard under counter size fridge. Most of us these days are used to large American style double fridge freezers but we don’t have the space in the kitchen to accommodate a large fridge. Please don’t pack too much fresh food as you may not squeeze it all in at once. The freezer is just an ice box size for ice cubes etc.

Clothes washing facilities are available at the garage shop laundrette. £5 per wash. Very quick and easy to use just a few doors along from the house.

There is a doorbell camera at the house to help us manage deliveries to the property and ensure safety.

If you require a highchair please tell us well in advance of your stay because this is locked away. We don’t have storage space for it in the house.

The ironing board is under the single bed. Clothes drying rail available under the stairs.

Please do not flush wipes down the loo. It blocks the system immediately.

Morfa Nefyn is a wonderful seaside village. It has been popular for many generations and once you visit you will see why.

The beaches are amazing and the views from the Wales Coast Path are incredible.

Cute cafes (seasonal) and friendly pubs all within walking distance.

Park at the National Trust Car Park or up at the Golf Club over flow car park for easy beach access, or simply walk from the house directly to the beach.
