Upon arrival at the building, the guest must present their ID at the 24-hour front desk and, after registering with facial recognition, access the apartment with the access password that will be made available when they can check in.

- All guests on the reservation will need to send a legible photo (front and back) of their ID in advance to be allowed into the condominium.


- Visitors are not allowed in the apartment or building. If the guest brings unauthorized people, in addition to any fine imposed by the condominium, a fee of R$ 100.00 per extra person will be charged, regardless of the length of stay.

- Pool and Gym opening hours: Every day, from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

- We accept small pets (up to 10 kg), preferably adults, which must be added to the reservation to collect the respective fee. Pets cannot circulate in the condominium's common areas (only on the lap), except in the service elevator and garages, always wearing a collar.

- Access to the building and common areas through a facial recognition system;

- DURING CARNIVAL, check-in and check-out times are subject to change due to traffic restrictions in the Barra region. Thus, check-out must take place by 9 a.m. on days when there are carnival celebrations.
