One day before your arrival, we will contact you to arrange all the check-in details. On the day, you will be greeted personally by a member of our team, who will show you the apartment and answer any questions to make you feel at home.

Check-in: from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., with delivery of the keys at the property itself. If possible, we can move up the time. Arrivals after 10 p.m. incur an additional fee of R$70, paid directly to the person responsible for the reception.

Check-out: We ask that it be arranged in advance, preferably one day before, with the person who checked in.
