Each room has been meticulously repaired and refurbished, exuding a fresh and inviting atmosphere. Villa CAN ZOUZOU! boasts all-new installations, updated electricity and water systems, as well as refreshed furnishings that provide peace of mind and convenience.

The space
This charming Ibiza-style house is spread over a traditional 750 m2 build with 8 bedrooms, all with individual access. Additionally, all 8 bedrooms are equipped with Wi-Fi & A/C for your comfort. Villa CAN ZOUZOU! features a spacious living room/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with a walk-in fridge, ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible.
Situated on an 8000m2 plot, the property boasts a lush and mature garden, creating a serene atmosphere. You'll find 2 swimming pools and a large ample sun deck, as well as shady terraces and porches with a BBQ area, perfect for outdoor gatherings and relaxation.

The gardens and grounds of Villa CAN ZOUZOU! have been meticulously designed to enhance the beauty of the outdoor space, with several dedicated chill-out areas and two separate swimming pools. The largest pool, located at the bottom of the garden, is shallow and spacious, making it ideal for children or those who enjoy swimming laps. The second pool is strategically placed in the central courtyard, which is undoubtedly one of the most picturesque areas of the house.

Surrounding the main pool are inviting wicker sun loungers, perfect for basking in the healing rays of the Ibizan sunshine. An outdoor dining area provides the perfect setting for gatherings and leisurely meals.

Only 1km from the fantastic beach of Port des Torrent – now home to Deeva Sunset beach bar and Restaurant. The house is walking distance to a large supermarket, several shops, bars, cafes and restaurants and within 5-10 mins walk , and 5 mins away is the Sea View Country Club Hotel which has a Water Park that is open to the public perfect for families.

Within a short drive you can find your self at the famous sunset spots of Cala Conta beach (home of Sunset Ashram) and the world famous Sunset Strip, the thriving resort of San Antonio is just minutes away by car, yet whilst in the secluded setting of Zou Zou , you can choose between the peace and tranquillity of the countryside, or the thrills and spills of the nearby towns.

5-10 Mins walk to many amenities such as shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. The stunning beach of Port des Torrent is 10 mins walk
5-10 Mins drive:- San Antonio Bay, Cala Bassa Beach, O Beach Club

A car is not required for this house unless you wish to explore the island, there is a frequent bus service only a few mins walk away and regular water taxis also operate from the beach to Cala Bassa/Cala Conta and across the bay to San Antonio – a great way to travel
