VILLA POLILLA is a rustic wood accommodation anchored on the principal bay of La Parguera,Lajas P.R. It is a fishing village that has been for more than 70 years.The accomodation has two levels and is perfect for 6 guests with two rooms,two bathrooms, one full kitchen equipped. Special relaxing area at the balcony and also enjoy the pier and the living room when you fully open all doors and windows. Photos do not do justice to the beauty that can see during the day. The location is perfect

The space
Villa Polilla has an open concept that feels like you are right on the water. It also has a pier that is shared with a company of tours to the Keys called Parguera Charters which makes it easier for you to book exclusively with them and go out to the water from the property. In addition to that, if you want to bring your private boat, notify us in advance and we provide you with a space at no additional cost.

ENTRANCE AND PIER COULD BE SHARE
Guests can’t arrive on boat, the keys to open the house are located at the gate of the main entrance that leads to the public parking lot
Dock is only available for PRIVATE BOAT TOURS of the PARGUERA CHARTERS Company tours, except when the tenant indicates that brings their own boat, arrangements are made for accommodation. Only the boat of the person who rents the property is allowed. Notify measures to ensure that it fits. Availability depends of size of the boat or Jetski. Adicional watercraft and boats that are not from the Parguera Charters company will have a charge of $75 daily to the guest reservation . Boats from other companies are prohibited from docking at our pier.
