The Green Patio Bed and Bath is just a minute or two drive from the famous Urbiztondo, San Juan, La Union. If you're looking for great places to eat, you'll find plenty of popular restaurants, cafes, bars, and exciting activities nearby. Here are some tourist bucket list to go to: Tavern by the sea, Kabsat, Flotsam & Jetsam, Tagpuan, El Union Coffee, Mad Monkeys, Masa Bakehouse, Kermit La Union, Beachbum Food Park, Port San Juan, and etc...However, if you prefer to cook your own meals, you're welcome to use our Common Kitchen ( with LPG FEE ) and Barbecue Pit Area.
Green Patio is a garden resort by the sea that offers a serene retreat where luxury and relaxation meet. Set along the coast, green patio offers greenery, winding pathways, view deck, secluded nooks, shared spaces and A/C rooms for quiet relaxation.
Rooms feature spacious beds with flash linens and private baths. Perfect for Family, barkada or couple get away or even if you just want to have a must needed "me" time. Some are with garden view or ocean view inviting guests to unwind or take a must needed swim to the beach.
We boast of our spacious view deck that offers a panorama of the ocean with endless horizon where the sky meets the water. Our deck is crafted from weathered wood, with steel railings for safety and very well shaded for a gentle sun protection. The sound of waves fills the air, and as evening falls, it becomes a perfect spot for watching a radiant sunset up nfold over the water.

• Green Patio Driftwood Den Room, Lanai Room, and Tidepool Haven Room are located on the first floor. While the Green Patio Ocean Breeze Room A,B, C and the Sunset Horizon Suite Room are located on the second floor. All A/C Rooms have their own private bathroom.
• Before checking in, all guests must REGISTER their full names with us. This is required for security and compliance with local regulations. Please ensure that all individuals staying at the property are properly registered prior to your arrival.

Common Kitchen and Barbecue pit is located on the View Deck. Cooking in the shared kitchen is also allowed for a minimal LPG usage fee. Everyone is also welcome to have a meal or food trip or dinking session in all the outdoor dining areas available.
RULE/s using the COMMON KITCHEN and BARBECUE PIT:
• LPG Usage Fee: A fee of ₱400 will be charged for using the kitchen's LPG. Please ensure this fee is settled before cooking. If you're going to use the barbecue pit bring your own charcoal briquettes.
• Advance Notice: Kindly inform the management at least 24 hours in advance before using the kitchen.
• CLAYGO POLICY: Please clean up after yourself. Ensure all dishes, utensils, and surfaces are left tidy.
• Respect Others: Be considerate of other guests who may want to use the kitchen. Limit cooking time if others are waiting.
• Safety First: Follow all safety guidelines when using kitchen equipment and LPG. Report any issues to management.
IMPORTANT GUESTS INFORMATION:
1. TRANSPORTATION:
•Please note that there are public transportations just outside, lots of ( JEEP, TRICYCLE, & BUS ) going north bound or south bound. We recommend using a car for the most convenience, but tricycles are typically available in the area, negotiate with them, cost of transportation depends where you'll be going.
2. POTENTIAL NOISE:
•While we strive to maintain a peaceful environment, occasional noise from neighboring properties or the street may be heard. Please be aware that this is beyond our control, especially during peak hours.
3. PARKING
•There is a FREE designated parking spot. Please ensure you park only in designated areas to avoid fines or towing.
4. CONVENIENCE STORES & KARINDERYAHAN:
•There are some convenience stores and karinderyahan nearby for your convenience. The closest one is about a minute walking distance.
5. SECURITY CAMERAS:
•For your safety and security, the property is equipped with 24/7 security cameras. These cameras are monitored to record activity for safety purposes.
6. NO SMOKING:
•Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If you smoke, please use designated outdoor areas, ensuring you dispose it properly.
7. UNREGISTERED GUESTS:
•Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Please ensure that no unregistered visitors are brought onto the premises during your stay.
8. NO PETS ALLOWED:
•We kindly ask that no pets be brought into the property, as this is a no-pet listing.
9. POWER INTERRUPTIONS:
• Please be aware that while power outages are rare in our town, there may be occasional unscheduled power interruptions during your stay. Unfortunately, our property does not have a generator, so if this happens, there could be a temporary loss of electricity. Don't worry—if there's an scheduled power interruption that might occur, we will post updates through our social media stories to keep you informed. We're committed to ensuring your comfort and will provide any necessary information as quickly as possible.
10. Rebooking/Rescheduling:
• Please note that rebooking or rescheduling is not permitted, as the Airbnb platform has strict policies regarding non-refundable bookings. Make sure your travel dates are confirmed before booking to avoid any changes.

Swimming Safety Notice:
Please swim with caution while enjoying the beach. The waters can sometimes be unpredictable, so we strongly advise being mindful of your surroundings and personal safety at all times.
For your safety, the management will provide a waiver upon check-in, which acknowledges that the property is not liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur while swimming at the beach. Please let the management know before you head on to the beach!
We recommend following any posted safety guidelines and exercising extra care when swimming.
