In excess of 2 pax, there is a pool fee for 3 years old and above.

200/head - Friday to Saturday
Swimming pool is available from Tuesday-Saturday

Pool hours: 6am-10pm
1 hour pool use as Avida policy
No pool every Sunday and Monday
Booking of pool use is at the lobby guard based on the available schedule. This is on a first come first serve basis.
Guests can also avail gym use at the 1st floor. A fee of 200/hour. Opens at 6am to 10pm.

Paid parking inside Avida building at 400/night
