Other things to note
Nosara is a remote and beautiful beach town, and part of its charm is being close to nature. With that, you may occasionally experience brief power or internet outages(we have an ups on the Internet to prevent a meeting to cutting off abruptly), changes in water pressure (especially in the dry season, Dec–Apr), or some nearby construction since it’s a growing area. These are usually resolved quickly, and most guests don’t find them disruptive, we just like to give you a friendly heads up.

For major repairs or scheduled outages, we normally receive a one- to two-day notice, though sometimes this can happen during your stay. Unexpected issues (like a tree falling on power lines) are typically fixed quickly for water and electricity, while WiFi may take a little longer.

After a power outage, the A/C and fridge may take a few minutes to restart due to the surge protector. If they don’t resume within 10 minutes, just let us know and we’ll help.

Really close to a convenience store - Super La Familia (beside Almendros Cantina) and Organico (in front of Cafe de Paris)
Excellent location from the main town in Nosara, Guiones, where most of the restaurants are.
We make our biggest effort to have Casa Sol as clean and tidy as possible for your arrival. Insects may stop by to say hi at any time, please don't panic, they won't harm you.

Born and raised in Costa Rica (I’m tica) I moved to Nosara in 2016 and it immediately became my favorite place in the world! I decided this was the place where my roots would grow so I bought a property, designed and built 2 places, Casa Sol and Casa Mar, that I envisioned for guests to come and experience the magic and joy of Nosara. I constantly work to make my guests feel welcomed and at home. In my free time you’ll find me surfing!
