Other things to note
The cleaning only takes place for after your check out - exit clean. If you would like the apartment to be cleaned during your stay, you can request that through Airbnb chat:
- Fresh towels and linen (without cleaning) - P500
- Full clean of apartment with fresh towels and linen - P2,500
If you plan to do a photoshoot in the property, there is an extra fee of P1,500. Once accepted, we can charge the fee after the booking has been made.
There is no smoking allowed inside the property, only on the balcony. There is a P10,000 penalty fee for smoking in the property.
The Security Deposit is only charged if there are damages after the guest's stay. Airbnb will only charge this after confirming with the guest and host.
