The space
Modern style. It has just been renovated, clean and with an original decoration. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people and located on the 1st line - Promenade des Anglais in residential area near the sea, best place to enjoy the sun and beaches. Only a few steps to walk from : beach, supermarket, museum “D’Art Naif” , hospital and clinic Lanval, 10 min by car from airport and the Parc Phoenix. 20 - 25 min by walk from all top spots of the city : Old Town, City Center and many restaurants and trendy bars in the city, as well as shopping areas. The apartment is very easy to access. Situated in few steps from the city tram station “Fabron”, City tram line station meaning easy access from airport to appartement ( Station Fabron ), also to city center , old town and sea Port . Also bus lines just next to the flat will take you directly to City Center ( 12), Grasse (500), Cannes (200), etc… Hop on a quick and confortable train to visit Monaco or Cannes or beautiful villages in the surrounding mountains or enjoying mountaineering sports available from Promenade des Anglais. By the way, I have prepared for you a document with a lot of tips and advices on the sightseeing in Nice and the region, the selection of best restaurants, bars, shopping and night life. Various maps and brochures are also available. The apartment is very functional, modern and full comfort with everything you will need for the perfect stay in Nice. The balcony along the entire length of the apartment, it is facing south of front of the sea very bright and sunny a good part of the day, offering you a splendid panoramic sea view with a famous Promenade des anglais. The flat located on the 6th floor with elevator , in typically Provençal building, build in 1936, the elevator is not very big on the 6th floor ( for the family with baby need to fold the stroller ) My apartment comprises: -Bedroom 1: sea view, double bed 160x200, TV, dresser . -Bedroom 2 : sea view, double bed 140x190 with a dresser . -Bright living room with dining area for 6 people, convertible sofa. TV, (hundreds of international channels are included), internet Wi-Fi. -Fully equipped kitchen (oven, micro wave, refrigerator, Espresso machine , toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle). -Nice terrace of 10 m2 in front of the sea with a table for 6 -Separate and big bathroom with shower . -Separate toilette -Dressing room The area is residential with a raspier convenience. The apartment has double glazing, for rasons of good neighborhood with the condominium, it is asked the guests not to party in the apartment. Also included: Bathroom towels per person Bed linen per bed Iron and ironing board Drinking glasses, coffee cups Cutlery, knives and cutting board Kitchen towels ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES: The flat can host up to 6 personnes with the 2 bedrooms having doubles beds and a convertible sofa for 2 persons in the living room. . Would ideally suit a family (baby cot is available on request ), business trip or a couples.

As my guests, I expect you to take care of the apartment as you would of your own place. I want you to have a pleasant time and will be happy to help you with advice if it is your first trip to Nice.
Please do not smoke in the apartment, you can smoke on the terrace though, using an ashtray.
Check-in/Check-out: The apartment is available after 15:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated in a tidy and hygienic condition by 11:00 am on the day of departure. This is for time to prepare the property for the next visitors.
I can be flexible with check in/check out when the place is not rented before or after your stay.
The guests are responsible and liable for all damage or breakages during their stay no matter how minor, whether accidental or negligent and, are required to replace or pay for all damage/breakages.
