You will be just a few steps from the sea, in a cozy environment, with great comfort.

We've thought of everything to make sure you have a very pleasant time here.

We have a view of the New Year's Eve fireworks and are close to Carnival and other events on the waterfront.

We offer discounts on boat trips, buggy rides, ATV rides, or even motorboat, jet ski, and bicycle rentals so you can get to know Cabo Frio from other angles.

The space
It is a very cool apartment with a great interior space. You will feel the sea breeze and hear the noise of the waves staying here.

You will be on the third floor and can sleep with the windows open safely.

We do not have a protective screen.

The morning sun is what enters our windows.

We have two bedrooms with ceiling fans, one of which is a suite for a couple.
In the other room, we were able to serve a couple and a child.
We have a double bed and a children's auxiliary bed.

It is important to say that the auxiliary bed is under the double bed, is made of solid wood, has silicone wheels and serves ONLY CHILDREN and cannot be moved to another room.

In addition, we have another complete bathroom for better organization of the group.

In the living room, a 3-seater sofa, ordinary television with local channels and a dining table for up to four people, plus a bench with high stools facing the American kitchen.

Our kitchen has basic utensils, where you will be able to prepare small meals and snacks without any difficulty.

We have a mini balcony with a breathtaking view, with a table with two chairs for a nice chat.

Bed and bath linens are offered for all guests.

The building features a shower towels to remove all sand prior to climbing, automatic garage gates and two elevators.

We have parking space for a vehicle.

We offer four reclining beach chairs, a parasol and a cooler.
