This centrally located (15 Mts square) studio only 10 mins to the old town offer you a very unique stay in a local neighbourhood for a more authentic experience (do not expect a fancy area but it is safe)
It is bright and it has a beautiful/ clear sky-view to enjoy some of the most stunning sunsets of the city. **Located in the underground floor of our 4 floors guest-house -right next to our beautiful patio with trees that make this space one of the coziest areas of the house* AC & TV included

The space
IMPORTANT: to access the space you have to go through the terrace of our home in the main floor. Then you take the stairs down to the patio where the studio is located.

Please we aware that we value the peace and tranquility of our guest so we do not allow visits or parties.

You have access to 3 terraces located in each of the floors of the house. The main terrace is shared with our family. The other two are shared with other guests.
