We’re thrilled to have you! To make your arrival smooth and hassle-free, here’s your step-by-step guide to checking in:
Check-In Process:
1. When you arrive, head to the back-right side of the reception area—look for the Low Zone Elevator.
2. If a guard asks for ID, just show the SMDC Entry Permit I’ll email to you before your arrival.
3. Take the elevator to the 25th floor, Unit 2573.
4. You’ll find the key in a secure lockbox right below the door handle. I’ll send you the code on your check-in day.
5. Once inside, locate the switch box on the left wall—flip all switches up to power the unit.

This unit is part of a residential condominium, not a hotel—so please adjust expectations accordingly. You’re renting a private space within the building, and while it’s cozy and well-equipped, hotel-style services aren’t included.
Access to amenities like the pool or fitness area is not included in your booking but may be available for a fee, as set by the condo administration. If you’re interested, you may purchase amenity coupons directly from the Admin Office on the 8th Floor.
I aim to provide a smooth, comfortable stay—but services like water, electricity, elevator access, and internet depend on the building management and service providers. While there’s free Wi-Fi, please note that internet performance may vary depending on the provider’s signal strength and availability.
Kindly also note:
• I cannot provide assistance for events beyond my control, such as Acts of Nature or building-wide maintenance issues.
• Please clean up after yourself and dispose of your trash in the garbage room, located across from the other side of the elevator on your floor.
