You’ll be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located home. It is just a 5 minute walk to both North and West shore beaches, and surrounded by plenty of family-friendly places to eat and drink. Take a trip on the Great Orme Tram which is just at the bottom of the road or enjoy scenic walks. You may even be visited by the mountain goats who are regularly seen walking around the town, and into residential gardens!
We have a large private driveway with parking for 6 cars.

The property sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably, with four luxurious en suite bedrooms. There are four king-sized beds, with an additional two single beds in bedroom three ensuring versatile sleeping arrangements to suit your needs.

Each bedroom is complemented by its own ensuite bathroom, each with wet room style showers, plus a full sized bath in bedroom one, offering plenty of space and privacy for all guests. There is a ground floor WC for added convenience.

With two sets of double doors that flood the room with natural light which open out onto the front patio, comfy sofas, a smart TV and a hifi system, it’s the perfect spot to relax and recharge.

On the first floor, you’ll find three beautifully decorated bedrooms: a king with en suite shower room and full sized bath, another king with ensuite shower room, and a large family room with a king sized bed, two single beds and ensuite shower room.
Top Floor Tranquillity
The second floor offers an amazing king bedroom with it's own sofa, TV and ensuite shower room. This rooms offers amazing views of West Shore as well as Llandudno town.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property during their stay.
This property and driveway is on a steep slope and there are steps to access the property so this may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.
We have a large private driveway which can accommodate 6 cars.
Other things to note
Each room will be provided with fresh towels to use for the duration of your stay.
No pets allowed.
For insurance purposes we have two external security cameras at the house. One with a view of the front door and the other with a view of the driveway.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property.
Due to our proximity to neighbouring properties, I am afraid we can't accept bookings for stag/hen dos.
The use of fireworks is strictly prohibited.
Due to fire safety, we don't have a BBQ at the property or allow the use of disposable BBQs.
The maximum number of guests allowed is 10 people, including children.
Outdoor furniture is stored away in the winter months to protect from the elements.
