If you stay past 10 AM, our cleaning staff will arrive. If you do not vacate by 10 AM, there is a penalty charge of 4,000 yen for every additional 30 minutes.
【Luggage Storage】
Before Check-in: If it is after 11 AM, luggage storage may be available, so please feel free to inquire.
After Check-out: We cannot store luggage after check-out as we need to prepare for the next guest.
【Housekeeping】

Face and bath towels are provided for the number of guests.

【Pickup Service from the Airport】
We can arrange an airport pickup service by a professional company (hire car). This alleviates the need to navigate complicated train transfers.
The service can be used for both picking you up from the airport and taking you to the airport.
- The transfer from Narita Airport is 33,000 yen one way. Maximum 9 people and 20 suitcases (depending on size).
- The transfer from Haneda Airport is 22,000 yen one way. Maximum 9 people and 20 suitcases (depending on size).
The vehicle is a Hiace, so it can handle a large amount of luggage. Additionally, a child seat can be prepared if needed.
Guest access
The entire room is reserved exclusively for you. Please feel free to use all the amenities and equipment.
Other things to note
Due to the Airbnb system limit, you can only select up to 16 guests.
If you need to book for more than 16 guests, please contact us.
About Garbage:
Please do not dispose of trash produced during your stay in the surrounding area. Sort and store it within the building. If trash accumulates during a long stay, please contact us.
The neighboring house is a private residence.
Please pay special attention to the following points:
- The room and the balcony are non-smoking areas.
- Parties and loud activities in the room are strictly prohibited.
- Please remove your shoes when entering the room.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and in front of the entrance.
- The disposal fee for suitcases is 10,000 yen.
Additionally, if you exceed the number of guests or book under false pretenses, a penalty of 5,000 yen per extra or false guest will be charged.
Please note that a lost key or Wi-Fi device will incur a charge of 50,000 yen each, and any damage to room furnishings will be compensated at the cost of a new item.
- We do not provide refunds based on subjective reasons (e.g., odors, cleanliness, etc.).
