The space
Welcome to Dar 27 :)
Our riad is a home with neat decoration keeping the charms and heritage of Moroccan tradition.
It revolves around a patio that unfolds over 3 floors.
On the ground floor: you will find the guest toilet, an equipped kitchen, the patio with its fountain and round table for your meals as well as our revisited Moroccan living room with access to TV and many international channels.
On the 1st floor: you will find 2 beautiful bedrooms each in its own style with its own private bathroom/toilet, queen size bed (160/200) and reversible air conditioning.
On the terrace: is the third bedroom bathed in light with its private bathroom/toilet, queen size bed (160/200) and reversible air conditioning.
You will also enjoy a pool in zelliges de Fez, a relaxation area to drink a mint tea, read a book or whatever you want:) .
In this place you can hear the sweet melodies of Jemaa el-Fna square.
On the rooftop: take advantage of our sunbeds and our large sofa to relax and sunbathe . You will have the privilege of admiring the panoramic view that our terrace offers: the famous Koutoubia and the roofs of the Marrakech medina. The sunset is splendid!

Cleaning & Meal:
During your stay Fatima our housekeeper will be present every day (in the morning) to do a little daily cleaning.
On request, Fatima will also be able to take care of your breakfasts.
Breakfast is extra at 8.50 euros per person.
It is also possible to plan one or more meals .
We can prepare Moroccan specialties such as tagines or couscous, accompanied by Moroccan salads for the entrance and cinnamon orange for deserting.
We offer this starter, dessert course:
- Noon , €20/pers ( - 12 years old: €15)
- In the evening , €25/pers (- 12 years old: €15)
Thank you for being kind enough to notify Fatima in advance (the day before) so she can shop.
Airport transfer and excursions:
Our drivers whom we warmly recommend, Abdou and Moncef will be happy to take care of your Airport-Riad transfer. The price is between 13 euros - 15 euros for 1-6 people ( an additional charge applies for overnight groceries) .
If you wish, our drivers can also take care of your excursions to make the most of what Marrakech and its surroundings have to offer.
Guest access
The Riad is exclusively reserved for you, ensuring an intimate and secluded experience.
Other things to note
Access to the Riad by persons other than tenants is strictly prohibited without our prior consent.
Compliance with Articles 489, 490 and 503 of Moroccan law must be strictly observed.
The use of any illegal substance is strictly prohibited inside the Riad.
Fatima will welcome you upon arrival to explain how the Riad works and will be available throughout your stay when needed.
