The space
Papaya is an old hotel that we’re sprucing up room by room. All rooms are lofts that fit up to 4 people.

Each room is equipped with a tv, air fryer, fridge, and a speaker. There’s a salt water pool and restaurants nearby.

If you need anything at all, just refer to Mona the chief! Not to mention the neighbors; a photographer, boat captain and lawyer.

Bigga and short boss the landscapers are around if you want to see the property feel free to have them show you around for a small fee.

You may see myself (Nick) and a small team of 2/3 people doing maintenance as well. Feel free to reach out about whatever you need.
