Welcome to our unique family vacation homes, with a warm wooden interior, beautiful volumes, and magnificent views of the Garden Park. A great place for a weekend or vacation in all seasons. Bring your swimsuits in summer and winter, the beach is 5 minutes away and the outdoor Nordic bath is heated to 37°. This is the perfect place to relax or discover Morbihan: on the banks of the Ria d'Etel, very close to the island of Saint Cado, Vannes and Lorient less than 30 minutes away.

The space
The houses are binoculars but each has its own identity.
On the ground floor, a common living-room game room is open to a wooden deck that hosts the Nordic bath.
Upstairs, another large shaded terrace equipped with 2 large tables and a plancha connects the living rooms of the 2 houses.

The atypical garden park of 5 500m² is unique with its pine trees, its heather, its forested or grassed areas, its drop in espaliers over 7m. It's also a cool addition in summer! A pétanque court (French boules) has been set up on the property.

Privileged location, very close to the Ria d 'Etel, the island of Saint Cado accessible on foot as well as a beautiful beach partially in the shade of the pine trees. The main beaches and surf spots are all nearby.
